Dr. Hedstrom has an immense wealth of knowledge. He does tend to run late only due to dealing with an older population. He takes the time to answer any questions or refer you to another doctor that can assist you.

I can not believe how badly he treated me. I would NEVER go back

Completely rude and unprofessional. Very pompous and abrupt. Very late for my appointment. Limited knowledge in his field even though he went to Harvard. I would never recommend him to any of my family, friends, or business associates. Total lack of compassion for his patients. Not much time spent or thought put into the visit. I was very surprised to see a doctor with his poor skills at Maine Eye Center.
