Always see Louise Webb APRN She is very good and wonderful. No Dr. Gul is never on time but well worth the wait in my book.

Staff is great dr sahetya as far as I'm concerned is a joke. All she has done is not show up for appointments or walk in after we have been setting in a room for hours. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all.

The original reason I went to doctor was never addressed. I had sleep study, found and diagnosed with apnea, doc forgot original reason I came in (was not for apnea), I reminded doc and was told we would address on next apt. Was forgotten about at next apt (doc apparently thought I was there only for apnea). Also, doc not very personable, rushes through apt, does not engage or ask questions, was literally walking to next patient as I was trying to ask questions. On a positive note, the doc was polite and pleasant when did engage. I will say the rest of the staff is wonderful. I would rate the PSG tech (sleep tech) a 5 out of 5 in every category, she was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. You could not ask for a better sleep tech!

I have scheduled appointment after appointment, then waited hours at a time only to find that she is not in that day, and I'm being seen by the APRN. She has refused to fill out needed paperwork, is late for every visit, and spends very little time in the room. I've left feel frustrated and confused every visit, and have even left in tears. Thank goodness there are more than 1 lung specialists in this area!

Dr. Gul is not very personable and often does not question the patient enough. With the elderly, she needs to put more time into what they are experiencing. They often do not know what to ask her and think that she will ask them because the front desk was already told as to why they are there and/or what was happening to them. If I had not been with my mother recently, she would have left the office with no answers at all after having TIA's.

Dr. Gul goes the extra mile litterly - she travels more than 100 miles weekly to go to the rural hospitals - Clinton & Cumberland counties to treat patients so they will not have to make the trip to Bowling Green. We have had two visits with her here at home and have NOT paid a co pay!! No mention has been made of one. She is a very capable, professional & personable Dr and we just love Dr. Gul Saheyta!

she is never there when you have an appt, and will leave you waiting for her to return for hours. she is on call at the hospital so if she gets called, your stuck waiting on her to come back, which she never does. She only stays with you for 5 min and will have you come in just to renew your meds. Can't do anything over the phone, its all a money thing with this doctor!!!
