What can you say about a 5 star Dentist. I had broken a tooth and was in panic mode At first I was informed that appointments were full for a couple of Weeks, but when I told Laurie the reason for my call, I was fitted in the next day. Super...and all was well after. I didn't realize that he was working through his lunch time to help me out. What a Guy. He has my upmost respect and admiration. I have never met a more reliable or personable Dentist in my 83 years. 5 stars are not enough.

Our family have been patients of Dr Pollak and his exceptional staff for 20+ years. Each member of the Sunmark team is very friendly and happy to catch up on every visit. The best part is that Dr Pollak goes out of his way every appointment to ensure as a patient you are comfortable by taking the time to explain how and what you should be experiencing throughout the procedure . I find this to be incredibly comforting . He genuinely cares about his patients and takes great pride in his work. Our family has been seeing Dr. Pollak for 15+ years, and he is outstanding. Knowledgeable, takes time to explain, and always good guidance on what is critical vs. what can wait. Never puts $ ahead of great customer service. Thanks Dr. Pollak and staff!

I had a molar that was causing me so much pain but didn't appear to have anything wrong with it. Dr. Pollak didn't brush this off, but took the time to look into it. Turns out I had a hairline crack. He and his team were so great with fitting me in to ensure I had a crown put in asap. Weeks later, it still feels great and I can enjoy life again so much more knowing I can eat without pain! Thank you Dr. Pollak and team!

Other things you'll notice if you go here: they're a compassionate and reputable office, great patient care (he always makes times to speak with his clients, even when it gets busy, interesting life stories, and great dental work!

I highly recommend him, and I wouldn't trust my teeth with anyone else.

The Office Staff greet you on entry and you will feel the warmth and caring right from the beginning. It transfers from there to Dr. Pollak who is one of the nicest people that I have met. Why Dr. POLLAK is my favorite Dentist. I have never been to a better one. He is very professional same as his whole team. He explains EVERYTHING to you in a very calm way. I also like the way the doctor communicate with his employees. He is not only a very very good dentist he also seems like having a really nice personality. Late last Year I underwent unsuccessful root canal surgery wherein it was determined that the tooth needed to be extracted. I was then referred to a specialist for a consult wrt. an implant. I was absolutely shocked by the quote I received as well as the incredibly opulent and quasi evening gown attired office staff. I thought I was at a 5 star wedding. Despite soft pressure to sign and go ahead I left the Taj Mahal and took a few days to consider my options.

I was aware of Dr. Pollak as a co-worker of mine had an extraction at his office and raved about him. I called their office and left a message for the most part seeking a referral. Dr. Pollak called me shortly after and advised that he was trained and certified in implant surgery and had performed hundreds. Unlike the specialist he invited me in for non pressured consult. I found him to be incredibly professional, comforting and knowledgeable.

I was so impressed with his soft spoken, confident and assuring manner that I immediately gave the go ahead.

It is now nearly a year later and I am so pleased with all aspects of the procedure. From extraction to implant there have been no setbacks whatsoever.

I can not say enough about Dr. Pollak or his excellent staff and assistants. I highly recommend his office for any dental or more specialized needs.

The best dentist in Toronto and Markham. I have a very big issue with my front tooth and Dr. Pollack took my case, regardless of all the risks, showing so much care and dedication. I am very lucky to have him as my family dentist.
