I had the misfortune to see Dr Chu recently and ran away screaming.

I needed cardiac clearance for surgery and assumed he would simply sign off on the normal EKG conducted five days prior in conjunction with Preadmission testing.

Instead he did yet another a EKG that showed a borderline result. One would think he might wonder why the discrepancy, and would ask pertinent questions to get to the bottom of this. But no he was not at all interested in pursuit of knowledge. Instead he scheduled a very expensive and unnecessary test, and further threatened to place a stent in my heart.

I later learned the second EKG was most likely adversely impacted by the three alcoholic beverages I consumed with my lunch.

Goodbye and good riddance, Doc. Zero stars should be an option.

I have since obtained clearance from a decent cardiologist.

My vet has done more for my bunny thawt this doctor has done for my father. He slithers in and out of the hospital outside of visiting hours. When I finally did manage to corner him, his response was the same for every question I asked..."I don't know". Eleven days later, the response hasn't changed and neither has my father's condition.

Dr. Chu is a very thorough and caring doctor. He takes his time and listens to your concerns. I've never felt rushed in his office. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

this is a fairly new doctor for me and so far I am satisfied that he is treating me well.
