This physician is an egotistical maniac. His condiscending attitude towards families is appauling. My daughter almost died and it didn't seem to phase him. He became angered, verging on beligerance when we requested a second opinion and for her to be moved to a more acute level of care. Consider yourself warned and steer clear of this dangerous physician.

I had a perforated diaticuius which Dr Rizk removed a section of my colon and in doing this he caused a blockage which caused extreme swelling of my whole body, heart palpations and other complications two days later while I was still in the hospital. If not for a good nurse saving my life and reporting to Dr Rizk to perform a second surgery to fix his first screw up as the nurse put it I would not be writing this. He would never tell me what he did to cause the blockage. He also had no concern when it was discovered I had Leukemia while still in the hospital and expected me to recover as a normal healthy patience. Going so far as scolding me in front of my son for not recovering as he expected even thou my oncologist had said I would have a slow recovery due to the leukemia and chemo treatment I was undergoing. I would not use him again or recommend him.

Dr Rizk performed a double masectomy. He did a horrible job, left large lumps of tissue, and didn't pay any attention to a clean close. The multiple cuts and lumps he left will now have to be repaired by a plastic surgeon. We have been told by two other doctors that this surgery was done very poorly.
