He is the best doctor and saved my life back in 2000. I know God sent him in to help me and do my surgery.

I would never go to this man. He is rude and has no idea what he's talking about. When he did my exams whIle I was pregnant, all of his condoms that go over the ultrasound stick said not sterile! Needless to say I had a miscarriage and after he performed the procedure he had told me "well that was an easy enough day see you next month" do not ever go to this horrid mold infested building. He is a joke!

Best Lipo experience Ever!!!!! I had liposuction in January. I went from a size 12-14 to a 6.
I tolerated the procedure very well. Dr. Ricketts was very thorough and was with me the entire time talking to me during the complete procedure. I am absolutely grateful and it was beyond my expectations..... I personally would go no where else. I was sent by two friends who had it done and looked amazing!!!!! It is completely crazy seeing the reviews. Dr. Ricketts and staff were completely amazing!!!!

Horrible experience with smartlipo and I will have to have the damage that was done repaired by a plastic surgeon. I do not know how this doctor, and his staff, have not been sued. He was present for my procedure for 10 minutes if that. His unlicensed wife then took over the procedure. She does not know what she is doing. My stomach and lower back are disfigured. I will have to have fat graphing done on areas that she took too much fat out, then there are areas that where never touched. It is insane that these people are in business. Do not believe a single word that their nurse tells you. She is a sales person, and very good at it. Do not trust anyone associated with this doctors office.

Do not use this office for smartlipo. They are unprofessional and unethical. Michelle is very convincing and will play you. I feel like such an idiot to have been sucked in by her fake knowledge. I seen Dr. Ricketts briefly during my pre-op visit and then the day of the procedure and I was already doped up and now two months later, have not been able to see him again because he is always out of town. How does he see any of his other patients if he is always gone? I was only able to talk to Michelle which I had to call just to find out what I was suppose to do after the procedure and it took her a week to get back to me. She convinced me to get the best results possible I needed to do the velashape once every week for at least six weeks. I am now eight weeks post op and have had only two treatments because she either cancels or forgets. She even called me at one point and asked me if I had any of my vicodin left. When I finally got through to the office to complain, I had a conversation with Marilyn and she acted like it was no big deal. I told her I was done dealing with Michelle and wanted someone else to do my vela treatments. She told me she had smartlipo done and didn't use the velashape and her results turned out great so I guess what she was telling me is I wasted my money. She agreed to do my vela and made an appointment with me and not even an hour later I'm getting a text from Michelle saying Marilyn let her know that I had called with my concerns and wanted me to give her a call to set up my next vela....I couldn't believe it! What did Marilyn not understand when I said I didn't want to deal with Michelle again?! I am now at a loss. I cry on a daily basis because my belly looks deformed and I don't know what to do. I can't believe I was such a fool.

This Doctor is not safe! he allows his nursing staff to do surgery on you while he is not present ,I know this because I was a wake during smart lipo, and a friend brought me a phone during my surgery no doctor present before or after surgery I have a witness to this , a known fact this took place with me .They messed me up , and lied about everything, you will pay the price for a doctor for smart lipo there, but you won't get a doctor instead 2 bimbo's that think they are doctors, the doctors wife and her lieing assistant Michelle, this is a very true statement beware, they don't take care of their mistakes either. You will be sorry if you go here, I have been!

The receptionist is so sweet but dr. Jack Ricketts is terrible. Since it would have been my first time being pregnant I was very scared of all of the bad things that could happen. I asked him about eptopic pregnacys and asked how likely I could have one and he told me that's when the egg is fertilized in a tube. Which later i found out is when it the egg is fertilized and it goes where it is not supposed to and on that case you have to get an abortion. When I had my miscarriage I started to cry and he said well I'm sorry ms... but where else could the pulse be between your shoulder, between your ankles? You've obviously had misscarriage. And was very rude. And was smiling the whole time he was saying it. I would never go back there. I wish I would have never looked for the closest place to my house. A hospital would have been better to go to!

Dr Ricketts delivered 3/4 of my children. I had 3 sucessful VBAC births! Also, he performed an external version on my 3rd child so I wouldn't have to have another C-Section! I have also had an ebliation done...All by Dr. Ricketts. I would not even consider going to another office. Dr. Ricketts and his staff are very friendly and helpful. It has always been caring and always give me the information I need. Never have I once ever felt rushed in an exam. I am sorry for those who have had a bad experience, but I would highly recommend Dr. Ricketts.

this doctor was the worst he deleverd my son didnt cut me made me rip,also did implant in my arm and did it wrong.i find that the office is a dump and so is doc ricketts,he needs to go redue his medical schooling and also learn bedside manner
