Very abrupt manner and doesn't seem like he cared one way or the other what I did and seemed like he was not interested . Staff was great though. Looking for another doctor.

I was referred to Dr. Busch by my family doc for my diabetes. He took the time to explain the disease to me and the importance of medication and follow-ups. He seemed like a true medicine man. It is nice to feel like someone really cares about your disease and treatment.

Years ago when I began to see him, the doctor was friendly and seemed fine. I actually got more than a few moments of his time, and he performed the entire exam. Now, the Doctor is always in a rush making you feel like an interruption in his day. Abrupt manner. At times he talks to you like you are stupid. Shows no true sense of caring. Someone else checks your vision and my last prescription was WRONG! I cannot read with the bifocals. I am looking for a new doctor.

Direct, good listener. After several eye doctors, he was the one that helped me. The staff was very friendly to work me into the schedule and seemed to care about me as a patient. I would highly recommend him.

I am so thankful that I asked my friend for an eye doctor recommendation. Dr. Busch was a good listener and asked the right questions. He was sincere and genuinely interested in understanding my eye problems. I had an excellent surgery outcome and I would recommend him very highly.

Big thanks to Dr. Busch and his team for making my mother feel comfortable. They took the time to listen to her and address her vision issues she was having, and because of that, she feels independent again.

staff seemed ok but doctor has a very bad bed side manner. He made no eye contact. strange for an eye doctor. I have a severe eye condition and I was made to feel it was somehow my fault. I tried to explain how i tried to get the correct treatment but he was very abrupt and made me feel horrible needless to say i will not go back

I had great eperience at Chesterfield Ophthalmology. I recently moved to town and Dr. Busch was recommended highly by a friend. I thought he was very knowledgeable and seemed concerned with other parts of my health outside of the eye. He was very thorough and asked several times if I had any questions. The staff was also very friendly. I would recommend him to anyone!

The WORST experience EVER! Claim was submitted incorrectly and the person in charge of billing was EXTREMELY rude and I pretty much had to beg her to call my insurance to verify my eye coverage. The technician, not the doctor performed all exams and when the doctor finally showed up he hardly said anything, was very impersonal and unfriendly. I will NEVER go to this office again!
