This pediatrician refuses to speak to patients to discuss treatment options, staff provided incorrect information on numberous occasions and even resorted to name calling when questioned. I have never seen staff and dr. so unprofessional. It is hard to find the words to describe the hostile rude behavior of Dr. Swafford and her staff. Swafford has refuse to see my son any longer but she has never spoken to me and I have requested to speak to her on 3 different occassions about my sons medical tests. However she has sent me 2 rude letters but both were about her staff and not patient care. I would urge parents to seek a different pediatrician if they want quality care from a concerned peditrician.
