I had surgery by Ross Clevens on May 5th 2022.
A year later I look older than before the failed procedures.
I wanted the bags removed from my lower lids and the excess skin removed from the top lids. Clevens said that only if I added a brow lift would the results be what I was looking for. I told him I wanted deep co2 laser done as I had friend also in their 50-60s who had it done an although the recovery was pretty bad, they had new tight skin.
Well, they never did a deep laser. I healed in a week… no results at all.
The brow lift did nothing but leave a deep ridge on my forehead and my hair never grew back to add to my misery. The lids were a complete failure. The skin still sags over my eyes.
Their staff is uncaring once they get your money.
I am so depressed over what they did to me.
Tammy called and when I tried calling back twice, she never returned my call
I had no idea Clevens was just an ENT guy… he came highly recommended by some who got fabulous eye in his office.
It turns out someone else NOT Clevens did her great work.

I had lived most of my life with a nose issue due to an injury as a child in sports. When I had enough with struggling to breathe constantly I looked into qualified Rhinoplasty doctors and Dr. Clevens was the best I saw around. I setup an appointment and when I walked in every staff member was amazing. Dr. Clevens met with me and talked through my issues and gave me a solid plan that he wanted to do. I was so excited with my results and the ability to finally be able to breathe fully. Thank you Dr. Clevens and all of the staff.

I was having trouble with my weight in the ab region prior to being advised to check out CoolSculpting from Clevens Face and Body. Once I arrived there for my consultation the staff helped me completely through the process and answered all my questions about recovery and the process. After having 4 sessions I have seen amazing results and have helped to remove the weight I always struggled to lose. I no longer have problems at work with carrying heavy objects like I used to. Thank you Dr. Clevens and the whole staff.

Poor experience with hair restoration. Doctor knows little about process. I had to pay additional $3000 morning of procedure after meeting with technician. Results were still bad. I will not return to Clevens for my revision procedure.

I had cool-sculpting 3 months ago yesterday (18 April 2019). I was totally surprised when I saw my before and after pictures. My stomach, belly area is half the size it was. I only had one treatment. I really wasn't expecting to see this kind of results. I need to have one more treatment to be where I want to be, but for now I am extremely happy. It is expensive, but for me it was worth the money. Dr. Clevens didn't do this procedure, he has a fantastic staff and it was done by a very well trained lady. I have had several procedures done by his staff and the results have always been excellent. If you are thinking of having this procedure I would certainly advise you to setup a consultation with his staff. Dr. Clevens also removed a small Squamous cell cancer on my nose and it has been several years and I have had no problems since then.

Excuse me but "plastic or cosmetic surgeon" is reserved for doctors that completed a 4 year internship in "plastic surgery" and are members of the plastic surgeons association. Yes yes Yalew and harvard and all that but, Dr Clevens is a ENT (Ears Nose and Throat) He is not remotely a plastic surgeon. Because he does surgery in his own office he ducks under the law. I would say check with health First and see if he has "plastic surgery privileges" At any of the health First Hospitals. He might be a great ENT but he is not qualidied to do any breast work, face lifts, body lifts, thigh lifts, Butt Lifts. Nose Job might slide in there!

Botched rhinoseptoplasty. Had worse sinus infections post-op. He& staff were very defensive & rude when I went back to him sick. I went back to my ENT, who cultured my sinuses & finally got me well! She then did a CAT scan to find that I needed a second septoplasty to fix what he missed initially. I had the 2nd surgery done by my ENT, & am doing MUCH better! WARNING! If you're having issues & don't just want plastic surgery, you should go to someone else!!

I had a facial from Christi and I asked her to take it easy on me. She gave me such a severe chemical peel that my face and decollatage were extremely painful for an entire week, and I shed my skin like a snake. When I called Christi five days after the facial, to tell her my face was very painful and I was afraid it was going to scar, she was very insulting and called me a 'kook'. Then she was surprised I would not drive over to see her. I normally do not go to see people who are unprofessional enough to call me names. I complained to the office manager, Heather, who offered to give me my money back, and asked me not to leave any reviews anywhere. I took the refund, because there is no reason why I should pay these jerks to scar me, but I am also leaving this review to warn you, I do not recommend this place. So, if you don't see very many bad reviews of this place, it is partially because they are actively trying to stop dissatisfied clients from writing reviews. When it was all over, I ended up with a scar the size of a dime on my chest (decolletage). Additionally they give you the hard sell, trying to sell you every possible overpriced face cream product they have manufactured themselves, and pretending nobody else can make a face cream that's of any value except them. I did buy some of their products when I left, because Christi said I should put them on my face after the facial, to soothe my skin. Oh, no, there was nothing soothing about it. When I put the Cleavens products on my skin, they stung, and turned my face bright red, and had to immediately be rinsed off, because of the great pain. My impression of Cleavens is that they are horrible people, highly unprofessional and unskilled, busily scrabbling for a dime, which they hold most dear above honesty and service. They are holed up in a pretentiously glitzy office which appears gaudy and cheap, all that glitters is not gold, and their services and products are sub par. Not recommended.

My mother had trouble breathing from her nose. She went to Dr. Clevens to help fix this problem. He was very knowledgeable and helped answer any questions regarding her rhinoplasty and post surgery. The staff at the office was very helpful and professional. Especially after and before the surgery, all of the staff was very assuring throughout the whole process.
