Dr. Jennifer Tang Campbell has such great people personality - as well as her staff that did my impression - I came away feeling like I should a valued client

AMAZING! My little guy was terrified of the dentist and it literally was like “pulling teeth” to get him in the chair, LOL! Jennifer was SO PATIENT, and easily provided the necessary dental services that he required without any issue. Highly highly highly recommend Jennifer — especially if you have a nervous child for the dentist. Amazing!

I had my first visit with Dr Jennifer Tang-Campbell. I can’t say enough about all the people I encountered today - all friendly; make you feel comfortable; explain everything etc. This goes for everyone as to entering the office & exiting the office. I would not hesitate to recommend highly

Dr. Tang Campbell and any of her staff that I have had dealings with are absolutely wonderful. My Mom had major problems with her teeth during this pandemic and Dr. Tang ensured that she immediately got in to the emergency clinic, she also called on numerous occasions to check on how she was doing... she and her staff are very professional and genuinely care about their patients. If you are a nervous patient, they are very patient and accommodating. Stay safe.

Dr Tang Campbell herself Is fine, she knows her stuff. Unfortunately I rarely saw her, I'm mostly leaving a bad review for one of the hygienists who is super weird and not very good at all. She makes you feel uncomfortable with her comments and personality and she does a terrible job cleaning teeth. I switched dentists because of that one worker and my current hygienist was able to remove the tartar that the other one couldnt with no problem in one visit.

So I've been going to Dr Tang Campbell for the last four years. I find her kindest and patience with all of my family is amazing. Even us old guys tend to be a little nervous as we get older. She and her staff put us at easy. They all go out of their way to explain anything that might be of a concern to us.
There has been some changes at the front in the last year I've have noticed, but like any office it's starting to all come together. I can honestly say I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone

When Catherine the long time receptionist left last year the office is not the same. New girls do not know what they are doing at all. Catherine really made the office feel welcoming. She knew who you were and did her job exceptionally well. My husband keeps saying we should switch dentist, he has always felt that Jennifer was out for money and not good at her job. Maybe we will.

I have been seeing Dr. Tang Campbell for about a year and a half. My first few visits were ok, but I find they have to reschedule my appointments a lot and seem to be disorganized. In the most recent example, I had an appointment in May, but it was rescheduled to two weeks later because Dr. Tang Campbell wasn't available. Then my next appointment was rescheduled because there were no hygienists available. They gave me an appointment in July, which was at my preferred time of 7 am. I showed up at 7 am and they had no record of my appointment. In fact, they had trouble finding a record of me. I had to spell my first and last name and give my date of birth twice. Finally I gave my insurance card and she found that I was scheduled for September. Although this was obviously their mistake (how does it make sense to reschedule a May appointment to September?) there was no apology. She also told me there were no appointments available until September. Luckily another receptionist suggested that, since I had been rescheduled a few times, they might find a way to fit me in. So now I have an appointment for next week. Although this is not necessarily Dr. Tang Campbell's fault, a disorganized office can be frustrating for the patients and if something like this happens again, I will be looking for a new dentist.
