I was 10 minutes late and they took me no problem. He does occasionally run behind but it is probably in part due the fact that he is so social. He also has very soft hands and has never hurt me. He is probably the 8th dentist I have had in 50 years and I have been with him for about 4 years and I am very pleased with him. I don't see the money hungry comments at all being appropriate. And he has been very good to my parents who are both elderly patients and are very time consuming.

I have been with him for over 16 years. They are always on time and very friendly do great work too

Had to wait over an hour and half for my appointment. He is very social and thus reason he is always behind for all appointments. He has bacome money hungry to pay for his kid's colleges & lake house & new office. Several years ago he put braces on 80 year old woman...get real! He also likes to tell you that you can't possibly feel any pain after being numbed when you can. What kind of dentist tells you what you can or can't feel...one with a God complex. If you want a dentist with compassion, go to another one because he lacks compassion as well as patience.

GARDENHIRE HAS GREAT SOCIAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE BUT THE UPSET IS THAT HE THINKS HIS IS THE ONLY TIME THAT MATTERS. THAT SHOWS NO RESPECT TO THE VERY PEOPLE THAT ALLOW HIM TO PAY THE MORTGAGE ON HIS OFFICE AND HOME ON THE LAKE. I HAVE LEFT HIS PRACTICE AS I HAVE SEEN HIM PAY RESPECT WITH HIS TIME TO "PEOPLE - NAMES, HE CONSIDERS IMPORTANT" TO HIS MOVING ON THE THE RIGHT CIRCLE RATHER THAN THE EVERYDAY (COMMON) PEOPLE WHO COME TO HIM FOR TREATMENT.

I have to say that since his move into a new office, that he expects his patients to foot a higher bill in order to pay his million dollar mortgage. Yes, it is very true that he is rarely on time. Bedside manners are fine and he seems to know his stuff. Also, he cannot seem to keep a regular staff of people.

Very friendly but rarely on time. Your time is never as valuable as his. He is knowledgeable but tends to leave you waiting a long time while working on you and others in office. A procedure that should only take 30-45 minutes can run into 1 1/2 hours. He knows his dentistry and social skills but shows no respect for his patients time.
