I’m on the fence about this doctor. He was wishy washy about surgery or not. At the first appointment he suggested I remove my tonsils as a preventive measure. At my second meeting he suggested i wait and monitor. I opted for surgery. At my surgery he came in and said that this will be good for my reoccurring tonsillitis. Which is not the reason for taking them out. Then I had to remind him that he needs to send them for testing after surgery. For which he thanked me for reminding him. I had my surgery and am still unsure if he took out my adenoids as well. He is gone for the entire month. No follow up.

I was referred to this doctor and after some correspondence with this office I am seeking a different referral. The communication is insulting to be honest. Emails in all-caps and a total disregard for politeness. I have no idea how this doctor has patients with an office like this.

I had two virtual visits with this doctor before I actually got to see him in person. It took over a year to get my first appointment. I finally got to see him in person about a year later. He did nothing except suggest I come back in a year. He did not remember that twice I had told him I had an MRI. He did not remember other issues as well. I have just been told that my next appointment is cancelled. Although it is two months away that is better than the 6 months I will now have to wait. I am losing my hearing. Neither he nor his staff seem to care, in fact, the reception is a rude bully who hates patients. She is cold, unwelcoming and unkind. When I requested to be on a cancellation list and I was concerned about my condition, she berated me for several minutes about how busy the dear doctor is and how there are other people who need to see him too.
Don't bother making an appointment with him. If you even get to keep it, he is very nice but doesn't do anything at all.

My appointment was rescheduled 3 times, each time 4 months down the road. Receptionist was extremely rude and unaccommodating on the phone.

Never got more than an initial phone call with him because it's impossible to have any follow-up or make an appointment. The secretary do not answer the phone or return calls. She was extremely rude the one time I managed to get a hold of her. I went elsewhere!

Receptionist told me she was too busy to check if my referral was in the system
I said I would just call the audiologist to see if he sent it at which point she said "no do bug him too" unbelievable!!!
I told her to forget the referral and that I would go elsewhere.
This person should not be on the front lines of a doctors Office. I've never experienced such unprofessional conduct.

Useless and inconsiderate. Saw him for tinnitus. Was there for a mere 20mins during which he kept repeating the bad news is that there’s nothing to do, and the good news was that it wasn’t deadly. My tinnitus is so loud it is causing several side effects impacting my quality of life and performance at work, but he didn’t care to hear it, he never asked any questions, he just rambled on the whole time. Referred me to YouTube for sound therapy. Gave me an 18 month referral to the tinnitus clinic at the General after which he requested to see me to go over the results. I was reluctant to see him again as I thought it’d be a waste of time. Just saw him and I might as well have recorded our first session and played it back… word for word identical. I called him out on it and he laughed it off. His lack of compassion was baffling. He still didn’t ask me any questions, looked at me and stated I looked like I was doing well, to which I replied that from time to time, the tinnitus caused me to have panic attacks. His reply was even more baffling as he brushed it off and suggested that I see my GP for that. Stay away!
