Dr. Box has great bedside manner. Whenever I'm having an issue to be addressed he always asks me what I'd like to do about it instead of just telling me what will happen. He has never made me feel like I'm being brushed off or like he doesn't believe me about my symptoms.

Dr. Box has a way of making a patient at ease. I feel like I can talk to him about anything and I feel that his responses are always genuine.
To me when visiting a doctor, there is nothing worse than being talked down to in a condescending fashion and Dr. Box doesn't do that. Nor does he put on that phony, 'I know how you must feel-----yadee yadee yadee', doctor face.
I admire him, he knows his stuff and he's a real person.

I don't get it! I called Dr Box's office four days prior to a scheduled appointment for help with my hands. He prescribed steroids. Four days later I see him for my scheduled appointment. He ordered labs. I had obvious inflammation in both hands. My labs all came back negative for inflammation markers and anything else that has flagged in the past. Because of this he dropped me. He said there's nothing he can do for me. What!!! Could it be doctor Box that the very prescription you had me on caused the labs to read false negative? Or maybe the supplements I take should have been and would have been discontinued for a few days prior to my appointment. Granted I was told they could cause the labs to come back skewed. What a waste. A waste of my money. A waste of my time. And! I still can't use my hands. Back to the drawing board!

Everyone from the front office to lab to nurses and Dr are the most polite and helpful people I've ever encountered in a medical office setting! KUDOS! You all should be very proud of the excellent care you all give to your patients!

I had the worst experience of any doctor I had ever been to. I had an appointment once that I waited two hours after and he still had not showed up. I even heard him in the hallway talking about what patients were here and went and saw a patient who had an appointment time after mine. So horribly unprofessional. I ended up walking out and never going back, but of course I never got refunded for the co-pay for that visit. He also put the wrong diagnosis on my medical paperwork so that when I went to try to see another doctor they were confused about what he had told me versus what was on my charts. He would love to thowr meds at you and walk away. Absolute worst.
