I have had the WORST experience!!!!!!!! I was called in for a follow up appt. I thought something was wrong, so I brought my husband with me. We were there 10 mis. I was told everything is okay. I rec'd a bill for $109.00. When I called to inquire, I had my insurance compamy on the line with me. The office manager was very rude and unprofessional! She mentioned that it is the office's practice to have patients come in to hear their results and be charged. I asked several times, why this could not have been done over the phone and she stated that this is their practice. This is crazy. You are milking the insurance companies and your patients for extra money!!!!!! And to think I have necer ever met the Dr. The nurse practioner, Rhonda, is who saw me. I feel that Dr, Fehr does not care about her patients, only the $$$$$ she can get from them and she still charges their insurance companies as well. What a rip off! PLEASE DO. NOT GO!!!!!!!!

I'm experiencing my 3rd pregnancy with Dr. Fehr and her staff by my side. I wouldn't have it any other way. 3 generations of my family see her. My kids even love going into her office. She goes above and beyond her call. The staff is very loving and caring and truly knows their patients on a first name basis. Shout out to Jill as she always makes you feel at ease. She has even stopped by my place of work after hours to check on me during one of my pregnancies on her way home.

Very unprofessional and unethical! Let's just say, I waited for 2 HOURS in the patient room in my paper gown for Dr. Fehr who never showed up. I had to talk to the unfriendly staff (who kept telling me they are calling her and she's not answering) to see about rescheduling. Upon returning on my rescheduled day and expressing my disappointment to Dr. Fehr, so as to give her a chance to redeem her practice, she basically brushed it off. I have never bothered to rate anyone or anything but this, I had to. I am still appalled by what happened. I also agree with one other comment here and I quote, "She is indecisive and does not listen to your concerns. The office staff are worse. It can take up to 3 days to have your messages returned, especially when you have serious concerns. You must also wait a long time to be seen and when you speak with her, she does not seem to be listening DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DOCTOR. " Ironic thing is they have a sign stating that they will charge $25 for any no-shows… isn't my time just as precious? * My visit was in July 2014.*

Let me start by saying I am a huge fan of Dr. Fehr. She is the best Gyn/Ob that I've ever been to. I felt like I could actually talk to her & she talked back to me like a person. & never talked down to me. I had 3 high risk pregnancies with her, one ended in miscarriage she & her staff supported me through all three to the point I feel as though they all have become my close friends. I recently moved to PA & plan to return yearly to Savannah just to keep seeing her as my Dr. I have much love & respect for Dr. Fehr & Jill and the other staff.

I have been a patient of this doctor for over 13 years and have never had a problem. She and staff have always been professional and courteous. I am thankful for her.

I have been a paitent of Dr. Fehr's for going on six years now. Initially she assisted me through a difficult medical issue and referred me to an excellent specialist who was able to successfully resolve the condition. Dr. Fehr's office was very supportive and helpful throughout the process. Following this issue she & her staff helped me through a high risk pregnancy (I was 41/42 yrs.) to it's very successful conclusion. She and her staff were outstanding in their communication and follow up. About the only negative I could say is the wait can be awhile but she's a great doctor and it's not excessive (avg. 20-30min).

I have been seeing Dr. Fehr for the past few months of my first pregnancy. She is just average. I feel like I get more information from the nurse prac, Rhonda, than her. There is nothing wrong with her, I just don't feel like she is very concerned about me. When I go to dr., esp. when it concerns my baby, I want to feel that the dr. cares about me as a person and isn't annoyed with my questions. This is my first pregnancy so I have a lot of questions, and some may be dumb questions, but I have never done this before! The wait times are long if your appt. is not first thing in the a.m., but if you can go early you won't wait hardly at all. The nurse and nurse prac. are great. The receptionists are very rude. One made me feel like if I didn't have insurance that I couldn't afford to have a baby. Its none of her **** business! They also owe me a $500 credit that I had to keep asking about and go back by the office repeatedly to get paid. I really miss my old dr!

This doctor is a waste of time. She is undecisive and does not listen to your concerns. The office staff are worse. It can take up to 3 days to have your messages returned, especially when you have serious concerns. You must also wait a long time to be seen and when you speak with her, she does not seem to be listening . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DOCTOR, unless you just want a pap smear.

I was recomended to Dr.Fehr for my OB GYN Doc and i have not as of yet been dissapointed by her services.She knows her job very well, she sits and talk with you and she takes her time to make sure you get a through examination.She came highly received.She is very patient with you and her staff is very friendly. her office is very nice cozy and warm.

The best Doctor & Staff, office is comfortable, and not over booked, Dr. Fehr-D'Alessandro gives her patients quality time and explains very clearly what is going on with you, and the best way to take care of you. The nurses are wonderful, the entire staff is. You won't be dissapointed. - H.Wilson
