I have been seeing Dr Reynolds for almost 2 years. He is one of the best communicators of the problem/diagnosis . He communicates well the options available and is very slow about recommending surgery. He sits and talks with you, not at you. He is cordial and uses some humor in his communication but does chat about the seriousness of some treatments etc.
I did notice he suggest exploring all avenues of treatment besides surgery. That is why I have been his patient for 2 years. I fully realize there are limitations to "Doctoring" but I feel very comfortable allowing Dr Reynolds to perform sugery on my back.

I became Disabled for Life after him operating on me back in 1996. Scar tissue from surgery has invaded my spinal cord and it's called Arachnoiditis. He did 4 Laminectomies in a row starting at L1 downwards.

Good caring man and physician. Handled all of my follow up care after orthopedic co surgeon ditched me. Had major billing issue with co surgeon. Dr Reynolds office took the initiative to resolve the issue on my behalf.

Dr Reynolds was recommended by another surgeon I know and I have been VERY pleased with him. He is very compassionate, listens to me (REALLY listens) has returned my calls personally and genuinely cares about what's going on. He's been so helpful with the mess of workers comp and has been working with me to find the right procedure to help with my pain. He's been a great doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.

A friend of mine recommended Dr Reynolds to me and it was the best thing ever happened to me. After months of doctors who did not know what to do, he explained what could be done and the pros and cons of doing it. He listens and is very compassionate and cares about you. After having the proper procedure, I now am able to do things I haven't been able to do for a long time. He always returns my calls himself. I would recommend Dr. Reynolds to anyone with back problems. He has listened to my husband's every word. He cares and returns his phone call every time. Degrenerative Disc diease is something that you deal with constantly and we have been with Dr. Reynolds for 10 years and have been very satisfied. Sondra is always very nice to deal with also.

Actually listened to everything I told him. Immediately requested MRI's of all areas involved with my injury, and also referred me to another specialist for the injury that is not in his area of specialty. Very knowledgable about the Worker's Comp process, and very helpful in getting me back to normal and back to work as soon as possible. I was also impressed with his compassion and honesty.
