Dr Fraser has been my doctor for approximately 15 years. I like him. He is thorough and you do not feel rushed. I like the fact that if i can't get in to see him quickly, i can see one of the nurse practioners on staff.

He does have a good bit of knowledge, however he's not up-to-date on basics like thyroid diagnosis and treatment. TSH ranges have changed for example. He won't prescribe desiccated thyroid (thought it was "not allowed" and refused evidence to the contrary). Won't give a single hormone until your FSH goes up. He also hits too many nails with that antidepressant hammer. Hopefully he'll get knowledgeable about adult ADHD and thus help more struggling patients. Refusing to let a patient have a copy of a blood test does not facilitate "self treatment" either. If you're the type who challenges things and looks for the root issue you might find yourself frustrated here. I'm not the type to give up and as a result I'm feeling and functioning sooo much better - I got a new GP who's bolder.

he was my family doctor for 15 years. Amazing doctor very nice man. He doesn't do it for the money, he actually cares about his patients.

I think Dr. Fraser is very understanding and not condescending. He is encouraging and thorough.

I have had Dr Fraser as my MD for almost 20 years. He is very methodical and thoughtful and does not rush to conclusions. He is highly recommended.

Apathetic and knowledgable. Great bedside manner. Very good doctor. Listens to what your saying. Not quick to jump to conclusions.

The West Carleton Med Clinic is overall excellent. They are exceptionally accommodating, kind and patient focused. Dr Fraser is friendly, doesn't rush you and is very thorough. I have a lot of confidence in him.
