Love Dr.Pearson.... Really good... However, I've been trying to make an urgent appt, and I know the staff are there, so I've been calling them over and over, well, after the third time, they picked up the phone, and slammed it down on me... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Nothing like picking up the phone and simply asking you to hold while you're busy... YOU NEED NEW RECEPTIONISTS... I'm very disgusted at this behaviour!

My daughter was refered to him and he has been a huge help with her condition. My daughter loved him and she is usauly afraid of doctors. My only complaint is with the secretary. She always seems to busy to help u but shes doing nothing and her kids are then made to help us. Not the kind of person who makes a good secretary. She is not friendly!

i was told my son had Adhd by this doctor wanted to put him on meds his was not even 3 Years old. I was skeptical because he only spent 10 minutes seeing my son. Dr. Klein told me that he does not have Adhd and not to medicate, My son is receiving all the proper therapies and is doing so well. His assistant is really rude too. Seek a second opinion if you are seeing this doctor.

Both of my children have been patients of Dr. Pearson for approximately 5 years. He is wonderful with my children and their opinions are always asked before the parents'. He is very patient with my kids and is not a "pill pusher". He is always willing to refer outside help if he feels your child could benefit from it, or if you request it. I have dealt with other pediatricians in the past who seem to not like children and Dr. Pearson is certainly not one of them! I highly recommend this Dr. to anyone who is looking for a pediatrician. In fact, I drive over an hour each way to my bring my children to him and they look forward to their visits. The only slight complaint that I have is that is staff is not always friendly; they often times seem like you are an inconvenience to them. Perhaps they were having bad or busy days, but having worked in an office setting for the past 9 years, it is imperative that the client feels that their needs are being met in an appropriate manner.

My son has been seeing Dr Pearson for about a year and a half now. What an amazing difference in my son. I can't thank Dr Pearson enough. I find him to be very reassuring, helpful and knowledgeable. I love how he focuses on the child first and then asks for the parents thoughts and input. I would recommend Dr Pearson to anyone.

I had a very bad experience with this Doctor. I cant tell you how many times I walked out of the office with my son feeling like there was no hope or no help for my son. He prescribed a medication that was causing my son even more problems. The doc kept insisting it wasnt the medication. After nearly ruining my family I had another Doctor look at the situation and change the medication. Dr.Pearson actually told me that there was no reason to return for a follow up appointment and when I asked why, he said he really didnt feel like he could do anything else for him. Well thank God that wasnt the case because now we have a Doctor who seems to care and there is a lot that can be done and my son is making huge improvements.

Is this the same Dr Pearson that provided services in Ottawa, on Dalhousie St. If so, he was amazing. He was the pediatrician for both my boys in 1989 and 1991 respectively. He was sadly missed when he left our city. Thank you Dr Pearson for all the warmth and attention you've given to so many parents and children over the years

He is an awesome doctor! My children have seen many doctors, and this man is above the rest. He made my child feel and ease and happy. I have never seen my child take to someone so quickly.Thank you!!

Amazing! Never have I had a doctor take such an interest in my child. I was so surprised to see how warm he was to my baby and how he took his time to listen to my questions and answer them. I feel very lucky that he was the Dr on call for my son. Thanks again Dr. Pearson.
