He told my grandmother she can lose weight by eating once a day knowing she's diabetic and if her blood sugar dropped it would be fine cause it would go back up eventually

My pharmacist at Walgreens and I've been calling for days to get a prescription and we could only talk to a voice mail that it seems nobody listens, since they do not call us back...

Horrible service... NO service.
First of all, it is a mission to get them to answer the phone. They have an answering system that is only capable of taking messages. When you finally get to speak to someone in the office, your experience gets even worse. They are talking to you and at the same time talking to the staff member next to them making sure their coffee order is correctly, then when they come back to talk to you they barely pay attention to what you are saying. I got them to book an appointment for me as a first time patient and she didn't even repeat the information to make sure it was correct. Of course, nobody called me the day before to confirm my appointment. Anyways, I show up at the date and time agreed... Just to find out that the doctor does not take patients that day at that office, there is a second office that no one advised me about. The ladies at this office explained that this happens all the time, that the other office books appointments but does not inform the patients to what location they need to show up to. I immediately called the office to let them know I was at the wrong location and, of course, I only got to talk to the answering company. Two hours later, I finally got a hold of the office and I explained what happened and said that I did not want to be charged for a no show or anything similar... She made fun of my and laugh with no sense of any customer service, she said "how am I going to charge you if you haven't been here"... Really? I should have followed my instinct sine the first time I sensed something was not right with this office. I am not giving them my business and I really hope Dr. Baquerizo is not aware of what is happening in his office... Because if this happens under his watch, then that doctor is of NO TRUST. If he was not aware, I hope he reads this and fixes this issues for his next new patient... Not me, I will make sure none of my friends and family go to this doctor's office

Pretentious, unsightly bedside manner, unable to support claims with solid evidence, disregards outside research and contributed to providing me with inadequate medication that was, in turn, producing ill side effects. Also has difficulty communicating in the english language. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this so-called endocrinologist.
