Went to him for a small problem and he was so dismissive and apathetic. At what point in a doctor career do u think they just don’t care anymore and your problems are not worth his time. I will Google next time because I will get further than with him.

Dr. Katz is so knowledgeable, kind, and funny! It is always a pleasure seeing him. He has been the first dermatologist to find a regimen that has actually helped my acne. LOVE him.

I have been seeing Dr. Katz regarding a squamous cell cancer. He is extremely professional in his treatment and the way he treats me. His staff is also A-1.

On my last visit he was not in a very good mood. He raised his voice to me. This has happened in the past, I hope it does not happen again, upset my whole day. :(
I wil change doctors if it happen again!

Dr Katz is an extremely knowledgeable and caring Dr. After I was bitten in the face by a neigbours dog. and had stitches don in the emergency dept at Southlake, I was left with a good size bump on my face... The Plastic surgeon I was referred too advised he cannot touch the area until a year passes as it needs to heal... I went to see Dr Katz after the stitches were removed at it was bothering me and wanted his opinion ... He advised that a steroid shot may reduce the size of the lump... so I said lets try it ... after a few shots the bump disappeared ... I went back to see the plastic Surgeon and he was impressed with the results and based on Dr Katz's treatment he felt surgery was no longer required.

I WISH there is an option for 0 star. Even 1 star is too much for them. Dr. Katz A M must be a good doctor and with all the respect that I have for the doctor Unfortunately his receptionist who works there are very lazy and careless and absolutely RUDE. They received my referral letter from family doctor on JUNE 2022 and we are now in 24th of OCTOBER 2022. I called them every other week, email them, either they were saying that they have not received any referral letter from my family doctor eventho my family doctor showed me the prove that they send them a referral letter. And after all back and forth that I had with a rude and careless receptionist on the phone for 4 MONTHS. on the last phone conversation that I had with them on October 24th, 2022, she said she does no like my tone and because of that they are not willing to give me an appointment. All I asked " are you willing to give me an appointment after 4 months or just at-least confirm that you received my referral after 4 months or I have to call my family doctor and ask her for another doctor. My problem gets so serious now. and took over my whole body right now". But because they are careless about their patient wellbeing, she said " No I can not give you an appointment. because I do not like your tone."

I am so sorry for Dr. Katz A M for having such a weak and careless team members. ZORE STAR. ZERO customer service.

Dr Katz and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Have been a few times years ago and found them to be excellent and om time. I strongly recommend Dr A. Katz (Dermatologist)
