Class act from start to finish! Dr. Maloney and his entire staff treat you with respect and try to ensure that all your questions are answered. An excellent surgeon with a great bedside manner is hard to find. I would highly recommend.

I called in to get information about the eye surgery, having been referred from a top eye doctor in Culver City, who recommended Robert Maloney. The person who answered the phone was unknowledgeable, not well spoken and talked like a poorly educated 'Valley' girl. This did not leave me feeling confident and it did not reflect well on Dr. Maloney's business. It astounds me that Dr. Maloney would charge thousands for his eye-surgery and not think about how his front office can negatively effect his 'new business' and the perception new people would have about him, his staff and his office organization. By putting a young, untrained woman on the phone who zero professional phone skills, does anyone in that office not realize how horribly over a period of time that can and will affect their business and the public's perception of Dr. Maloney. Spend less money on your brochures and hire better people...you'll go farther!

I didn't have the procedure yet but the pre-op exam is very extensive, and Dr. Maloney very nice and professional. I have no problem with trusting him and his staff for the surgery.

The doctor and his staff were very helpful and answered all of my detailed questions. All of the risks were explained fully. I had to have an additional surgery to my left eye because the first surgery overcorrected my vision. The second surgery (at no additional cost) corrected the problem. I have 20/20 vision with no halos, blurring, or dry eyes.
