Mid-Atlantic Family Practice has some good providers but are well known to have staff that is unresponsive to patients' needs. We relocated to this area and like Dr. Bahtiarian but cringe when we have to call for any staff assistance. The front desk staff is usually rude and never helpful. We changed insurance carriers and had to call 5x to get new prescriptions. Requested an xray be faxed to a hospital and told it was a HIPAA violation. Have learned that staff use HIPAA as an excuse for everything they don't want to help you with.
