he is only interested in money and does everything to upsell to his private clinic where that poor woman died. i think the good reviews are fake..........how can anyone have a blocked ear for 10 years that no other doctor can cure......just remove the wax!!!

I had an amazing experience here. Dr. El Masri was punctual and efficient. I’d had a blockage in my left ear for over 10 years; he removed it in 5 minutes and completely restored my hearing. Incredible!

Had septoplasty with Dr William El Mastri. The procedure was throughly explained in detail as per my request, as it was my first time going under. The results were life changing. For the first time since I can remember, I am finally able to breathe through my nose. I was checked on numerous times while waiting after my surgery, knew that I was in great hands since the consultation.

i think this guy is 100 yrs old and outdated in his knowledge, kept forgetting my name and why i was there. kept trying to sell me stuff and told me i needed cosmetic surgery at that clinic on yonge street where the real estate lady was killed. he was late by 2 hrs and offered no apology nor nothing

He left a hallway full of patients waiting for hours while his clinic was locked and voicemail was full. There was no way to reach any of his staff and no one tried to contact any of us until the next day to reschedule. It's bad enough to have to wait hours to be seen, but to be locked out of the clinic and not be seen at all is beyond unprofessional.

Although the office is busy but Dr. El Masri is very knowledgeable and caring person. Very satisfied with my visit and I won't go for second opinion. He is right on the point.

Dr William El Masri performed a septoplasty on me on November 1, 2022. I’m now 6 months post OP and I’m happy to say my breathing problems have dramatically improved. I was at the point of not being able to breath anymore from my left nostril which was a complete nightmare. Amazing work and amazing surgeon, not to mention he has a great sense of humour. If you’re looking for a good ENT and a good facial/cosmetic surgeon Dr. El Masri is the man!
