Some of these comments are nuts. Dr. Preyra is the kindest, most skilled emerg doc I have ever worked with. He truly, truly cares about patients, and you can tell by watching him interact with them in the department.

This doctor is smart and funny. I wish I could talk to him all day. He finds what's wrong and immediately finds a way to fix it. I highly hope if you are ever in trouble you end up with him. He is so amazing and is always doing his best work.

I don't know if its his fault or just because the system that dont care. He was pretty mean and rude but i dont know that he is wrong in the advice he gave me. He was fast and seemed smart but he is definitely a @#*&&. He didnt need to be so condescending.

This doctor is arrogant and I didn't like him but he did a pretty good job. His advice seemed right. I guess that's the trade off with an er doctor. They're not the nicest people but he still did his job right. Counts for something.

Dr. Preyra is very arrogant. He barely spoke with me and told me that I have a cold. I've had colds and there is no way that this was the same thing. I was too sick. He didn't listen to me at all. I felt like he felt like he was too good to hear me out.

He could possibly be the best Dr in the world. Just amazing in every way, he helped me through so many rough times with his skill and knowledge... and best bedside manner ever. He explains things and always gets to the bottom of what's going on. He is extremely caring and highly intelligent.The true epitome of a great Dr.
