Tracey Childs is an experienced and caring general surgeon. I was referred to her by my primary physician in the UCLA system. I had an umbilical hernia. She was very professional and nice during the consultation and knew exactly what was necessary to repair it. She took time to answer all my questions about the surgery. The surgery took less than an hour at a very nice outpatient facility (Surgery Center of Pacific) in Santa Monica. The staff was great. She did an excellent job and I had very little, if any, pain afterwards. She shares a surgical practice with two other very highly regarded female surgeons. I highly recommend her.
