I took an older person in for an appointment. I was impressed with Dr. Turley's interaction with his patient and his immediate response with follow-up.
The office staff were all helpful as well.

Old doctor who is arrogant should not be practicing anymore I had a consult with him on May 11 had a similar experience as the person from June 21 was referred to him by my orthopaedic surgeon for my broken scaphoid and he brushed it off as nothing is wrong with it requested him to send me to someone that specializes in hand which he did after a fight and that doctor found out what is wrong after ordering more tests.

Should have his license revoked. Saw him for my broken dominant hand. They misplaced my initial x-ray and he denied me followup x-rays when my cast came off despite my expressed concerns. Was snt home with a tensor band, no split, no x-ray, no followup appointment after just 3 weeks since the break. Said I won't need physio either, just to start moving it and I'll be "fine". Got a 2nd opinion and xray. My hand is nowhere near healed, should still be in a cast/split. My doctor was in awe of the whole situation. They didn't even put my initial x-ray on file.

I can’t agree with the comments saying he isn’t helpful. I was referred to him from the fracture clinic at the hospital due to hand injury which resulted in nerve damage he was arrogant as a doctor and didn’t bother listening to me as a patient and just pushed me to one of his colleagues ( which by the way is so much better)
Avoid this doctor at all cost, he does more harm than being useful.

Dr Turley did an amazing job of surgery to release a finger tendon. He took care to explain the nature of the problem and also how the surgery would be performed. Recovery was simple and painless. He is an excellent surgeon and a nice person to deal with.

He almost refused to remove a lymph node during skin cancer removal saying he's done lots and we caught it early - it hasn't spread. After insisting he remove one and test it, guess what? It had spread! We had to insist he do it and he was dumbfounded. No one ever explained that i could and most likely would suffer from lymphoma and now here I am years later waiting for test results from him that my own doctor found a week ago. Never going back.

Avoid this Doctor. I was referred to him after a Basel cell mole appeared on my forehead. He gave me two options. . The way he explained it was surgical removal which would leave me with a scar or radiation which wouldn’t. I picked the radiation and he was wrong. The radiation does leave a scar and a much worse one. The skin discolours never to return. So instead of a scar you’re left with a large white patch of skin on your forehead in the shape of a circle. It’s terrible and if I had to do it all over again I would never have picked this. Further more my mole returned after radiation and I was referred to a Mohs surgeon two years later. He couldn’t believe a doctor would have suggested this for what I had as I’m a young healthy women. Dr.Turley you need to explain this better to your patients and not just pass them off. I hope you learn from this and adjust the way you refer patients.

Excellent Doctor. He recently did my beeast reduction and I am thrilled with the results and healing process. He was great before surgery and actually was calming. His staff were absolutely amazing, one nurse actually left a staple in perhaps because she had long fake nails and couldn't feel around. Anyhow it eventually got removed 1.5 weeks later. Doctor did amazing job and thank you to your nurses and receptionist too.

Dr. Turley performed a tendon transfer surgery on my right thumb several years ago. Although there was a long rehab period, I am very pleased I recovered about 95% use of the joint. Dr. Turley's bedside manner was excellent and he was very clear of what the possible problems were and what the procedures would be. I would highly recommend him for any hand surgery you may need.

I had a breast reduction in 2018, NOTHING of what I was told came to be. I tried to discuss these issues, he backed away and waved me off. I have to go through a repair surgery where fat will have to be inserted in the bunched up areas of skin, I did not get the lollipop surgery and the lift I was told I would get. I look like I had a mastectomy. DO NOT LET THIS DOCTOR DO A BREAST REDUCTION!!!
