Dr Uffen has been my doctor for 8 years. He is thorough, patient, and direct. I have received good medical advise, effective diagnosis, appropriate testing, medication or referral when needed, and sincere empathy and encouragement in dealing with progressive osteoarthritis and aging. Medicine is not, even now, an exact science, it is a demanding, complex and ever changing field. As an active and still healthy senior, I attribute my continued good health, in part to the guidance, advise and care of Dr Uffen. When a patient finds a doctor to be impatient, rushed, or annoyed, the patient should start by examining his own attitude and demeanor.

Have you engaged in practicing outside of your field of knowledge, such as operating and willing assaulting patients, because this is exactly what is. "A Physical Assault " and you should have been charged and given a jail sentence for being a fraud.

You cannot claim to be a surgeon when you are not, that is a delusional mental health issued that requires treatment.

Uffen, Kenneth Frederick (CPSO#: 29317) - | Doctor Details | Public ...
https://www.cpso.on.ca/DoctorDetails/K-Uffen/0024495-29317

CPSO Registration Class: Independent Practice as of 30 Jun 1977 ... (1) Dr. KENNETH FREDERICK UFFEN may practise only in the areas of medicine in which he is licensed.

Even though the CPSO did everything with there power to cover this up, it is to be expected from this organization.

Have you engaged in any additional surgeries, actually yes you did several surgeries with out a licensed to do so and yes the CPSO knew all about that as well and did nothing.

Shame on both you and the CPSO of breach of trust.

I was a patient of Dr. Uffen's when he was still in Toronto. I always found him to be straight and honest and said it like it was, but he also has care and compassion for all of his patients. He is an excellent diagnostician and if it weren't for him I wouldn't have gotten the help I needed when I needed it. Thank you

This doctor operated on me even though he was not trained to, he should have lost his license many years ago but the CPSO did a fantastic job in covering up the facts and made claims that he was a surgeon which is a complete lie, he from ever being a surgeon and a poor GP at the best.

Hi there, my name is Jodi, 33 yr old female, overall healthy and active however I have a history, of reoccurring urinary tract infections. My first encounter with Ken Uffen was an experience ill never forget. I saw him after I had suffered with unresolved symptoms of a UTI, had just completed a cycle of antibiotics that had no effect. Last year i was seen in Owen Sound for similar symptoms and provided a urine sample which came back negative, however the Dr prescribed antibiotics anyway and sent the sample to the lab for further investigation. I got a call from the receptionist a couple days later and was advised to discontinue current treatment that results showed sepsis and needed different antibiotics. So I see Dr Uffen approx a yr later with similar symptoms and exact same scenario unfolds, urine sample is negative. The dr comes in the room, does not introduce himself and first ques he asked was what do I do for a living. I told him I am a Nurse. Next ques why do you think you have a UTI as results are negative. This is when I explained what had happened the last time I experienced this, where Initial result did not show anything but later infection was confirmed at the lab and I informed him of the sepsis. The Dr abruptly left the room x20 mins and when returned seemed irritated and even angry.. He said that I did not have sepsis, nor blood cultures previous yr. Which turns out he is right, I got mixed up under the pressure and said blood test results confirmed sepsis, it was actually the urine that was sent to the lab. He completely threw me off guard and I was speechless. He then directed my child to leave the room and said he needed to talk to me. After my son returned to the waiting room, the dr demanded that I view the computer behind the nurse station, that I did not have sepsis. He was yelling out that I am a nurse and should not be giving inaccurate information. He was determined that I follow him to the nurse station so I did. What I believe must have happened is the receptionist either gave me the wrong info or I misunderstood. The point is this Dr was trying to prove me to be lying or making up a story and he was not quiet about it, he completely humiliated me. I then told him I did not like the way he was treating me, I said there is something wrong and I need antibiotics regardless. I explained I would not sit in ED for 3 hrs if I was making this up. He continued to be little me and had zero compassion or bed side manner. He told me that he would write a script, whatever I wanted and cont to fire off some more ques in which I could not recall the details to provide answers to as I was just in shock how he was talking to me and treating me. Overall, he spent so much time trying to prove a point that was merely a misunderstanding that he failed to deliver care. I waited in ED hoping they would give me a dose of antibiotics until I could get script filled. This did not happen and or was not offered. I literally left the hosp in tears.

This doctor claims he is a surgeon but yes he has no c accreditation to that effect and was fired from Wellesley Hospital for operating on a patient and now I see he is treating peoples children, this is absolute craziness. The CPSO is in breach of Trust when it comes to protecting patients from doctors like this, if you read the papers you will see the amount of doctors getting away with this type of Crime and it should and has to be treated as Criminal Assault, why would anyone allow him to treat there children.....I would say find yourself a read doctor.

Dr.Uffen diagnosed my daughter with juvenile arthritis when it ended up she had dislocated her hip. His student doctor had made the correct diagnosis. He is extremely rude and inconsiderate I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He should really think of retirement.
