Dr. Benton is the best doctor I've ever had when it came to psychiatry. She cares about her patients bar none. You can count on her to be there when you need her and that says a lot about her and her compassion and heart, God bless you Dr. Benton, keep up the good work!

Very Bad Experience with staff and Dr. Alfon. Went back to his office three different times (not checkups) for the same symptoms. The last time I scheduled an appt. they forgot my appt and locked the office during my scheduled time. It has been a hassle to go to the doctor with him. I would not recommend Dr. Alfon.

As a 2+ year patient, I cannot ask for a better person's hands for my medical care. I continue to refer patients to Dr. Dawalt given his overall attention to patients' needs. This is the FIRST Dr. that takes all the time in the world to help. Whenever I have waited long, it is because I know a patient needs extra help. Whenever I have a concern, a refill request, and appt. request, etc., it's addressed the SAME DAY. For the one occasion it was not, I was called & emailed with an APOLOGY! I've also been responded to, via email, on a Sunday when the office is closed. If you are looking for a physician and practice that knows you by name, instead of a number, this is the practice to come to. You will ALWAYS be treated with respect, dignity, and honesty. I have yet to be "let down" by Dr. Dawalt and I guarantee you will receive the same personal, professional, and caring services. For a PCP, he knows what to do & if not, he WILL find the answer for you!! NICE JOB :):)

Well I actually worked for her about a year and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. She treats her patients horrible and when she would leave the exam room patients would always ask me is she was always that rude. Patients would often leave the office crying because she made them feel uncomfortable by questioning their personal life, such as who they are dating, eating habits, smoking, drinking, etc. I understand these questions are important but she made her patients feel like crap and pretty much insulted their personal choices in life. She is also very rude to her staff. She didnt care if patients were present she would still yell which was very embarrassing and unnecessary to handle the situation the way she did. I found out she was going to fire a student on her externship because she was fat! I let the student know before she got fired because if you get fired from your externship it effects your grade. She is just a really bad doctor I do not recommend her at all!

Doctor is awesome, staff is MISERABLE to deal with. Luberto & Syler are so pleasant, it's a shame they have such rude, incompetent staff working for them. As of today, I will begin the search for a new doctor for myself and my family due to the level of service (or lack there of) that they provide. Sorry Dr.

I would advise to stay as far away as you can from this place! I felt the doctor was rude, uncaring and didn't always understand what I was saying, I guess there is a language barrier. Their lab couldn't get my glasses made correctly, even after many tries. I would NEVER go back here.

I went in for some specific testing done with my blood work. I hate having blood work done and dreaded this. I came back into the office for my results and they had me wait for an hour, then the Dr came in and did not have the results. The staff said that they forgot to "check a box" when they sent for the blood work. They told me that I would have to have the blood work done again at my cost?

Horribly rude and arrogant. This guy is a ****. He refused to take us as patients because our possible complications would take up too much of his time, said we should go to a teaching hospital where the "residents can watch you". Very pompous and unfriendly during clinic visit. I can tell he loves his C-sections (lots of money and convenient). Interrupts and is uninterested in what patient has to say. If I ever see him in a back alley......

Money down the drain.
The 10 mins that the doctor spent with me: looking at my MRI's wondering if he could see the description for more information (!?) - highly unprofessional; not even bothering to look at my back or ask about my med. history. Cracking jokes and having a good time while I am in pain. Highly unimpressed. Ended up suggesting I go and try smb else like a phys. therapist. Do they pay money for this? Good job..

Dr. Myers is very intelligent and lays out every option for you. He listened to all of my symptoms and experiences through the tests he sent me to have, even when the typed results he received didn't tell the whole story. After going back through my records he called me back to actually voice concerns about a mass I had in my appendix and gave me his honest answer when I asked what he would do if it was his wife or daughter. Needless to say I went through with surgery and I had appendicitis afterall! Just goes to show how closely he really follows your symptoms and concerns versus strictly test results. He always gives me fully detailed explainations and researches above and beyond to understand. I will always go to him with any gastro problem I ever have and would recommend him to everyone!!!
