lEST I BE SARCASTIC HE IS KNOWLEDGABLE ON HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY. THEY WANT CASH MONEY WOULDNT BE SURPRISED IF THIS guy IS WORKING OFF THE BOOKS. I called him on medicare fraud they have taken statements. The **** behind the counter is his wife the rest of the staff is nice. Call your insurance company if he wants anything except co-payment. Wait for your EOB from your insurance company before you overpay. He likes to pull bait and switch, saying he accepts your insurance then when he bills you what he didn't tell you was he accepts your insurance but you are *out of network* get everything in writing better yyet just go somewhere else.

This doctor is only out for money. You can just finish physical therapy and he wants you to start doing it there immediately. They requested a procedure from my insurance after I clearly told them that I was not going to have it, a spinal surgeon told me not to. They would find things wrong with your lab work and make you come in a second time in the same month and test you both times. The office manager is a complete ****. She is SO rude and snippy. I was there for over a year and in that time he went through 4 assistants. One of them even told me that all they cared about was money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, if anything I would tell them to make sure not to go here. They don't really care about you or your pain, just the money that they can get from you. If you let them charge your insurance up and do procedures that may or may not be necessary then they will give you whatever you want. Stay away from this clinic.

I don't know why everyone on here is knocking dr stein. I am a new patient I saw him on two occasions and he was very helpful! No one realizes the severity of his job and pain meds. He went to eight years of med school....not you, his license on the line, not yours. he treated me with respect was efficient and gave me pain relief. What more do you want? Any doc that treats pain has to take it seriously, unfortunately there are more folks out there just looking for a high, as there are actually in pain, and to be the one who has to determine that would suck bad. I would recommend this doctor to anyone who actually IS in pain. He was patient and listened to me. A+ good luck,,,,,, Daryl

The staff member started out by trying to get a blood pressure - could not get any machine to work. When Dr. Stein finally came in he literally BURST into the room & startled me severely. He then raced through a so called "exam" that took at most 30 seconds (without even looking at a huge form they made me fill out) & didn't even touch me in the process. He was very abrupt, rude, unclear & all he wanted was to rush me to an MRI & injections. This guy was such a jerk & SO rude - you think I'm going to let him start sticking needles in me? He was not at all reassuring or caring. It's all money, money, money with him. My advice is to stay as far away from this guy as possible!

I have seen Dr Stein for a year and paid my share of cash since my job loss.Today he wrote me a perscription which requires a authorization and he refused to fill it out.Now I would buy the perscription cash but the script is worthless without the autorization. They cant fill it unless they get the authorization ,so either way I was given a bogus scrip because it cant be filled unless wallgreens can send the authorization in to Badger Care.I feel this is illegal and will follow through on this I paid good money for nothing because the refuse to fill out a sheet of paper.I would pay cash or whatever but its not happenning. My name is patrick Boehm and I am also unemployed so not only is it hard to pay him and it would be hard to pay cash for the script ,I dont even get the chance to do it.What kind of injustie is this.I was in today at 845am my name is Patrick and this isnt the end of this.Long time patient as well cant believe it.

One office visit and was billed $10,000.00 They said they took our insurance but after the visit they said they told me that they did not take my insurance and wanted me to pay all of it at one time. I started making payments and the doctor sued us and took us to court and had no mercy. He will have you thrown out of your home. He did nothing for my back nor did I even get the results of the $10,000 tests that they did on me. I suggest you stay well away from this guy. I spent ten minutes with him and he billed me over 10 grand. Just wanted to warn you.

After months and months of seeing doctors who were unable or unwilling to help me, I went to Dr. Stein. He listened to me, explained my options, and helped me manage my pain. A feat unattainable by the 9 other doctors I had seen. Dr. Stein has ruined me for all other doctors. I am in and out of the building quickly every month. I pay my bill on time and follow my treatment plan. That's all you have to do. If you do what he asks and/or suggests, he is more than willing to help you. I could never thank him enough for the relive he's given me. I had the permanent Spinal Cord Stimulator installed, and I LOVE IT. He's has taken my constant, never ending pain, and made it manageable. I'm not sure why other people have problems with him, and frankly I don't care. Dr. Stein saved me when no other doctor would.
