There is simply no one better. He saved my life twice, when no one else could help. He fixed my injuries, that everyone else dismissed me, and I lived in pain.

Dr. Abraham had an office as part of an extensive physical therapy rehab center when I went to see him. I had been experiencing what I thought was terrible sciatica, and had had an injection at the Hospital for Special Surgery which had not helped me at all. I was trying to decide if I was going to continue on with the injections, when I was referred to Dr. Abraham. At that time I was barely able to walk a block. I didn't know if I was looking at disc replacements as the next level of treatment, as the cortisone injections are not a permanent solution. Dr. Abraham did a thorough evaluation, stating that he would not recommend prolotherapy unless the examination showed it would help. After he determined that it could help, he clearly explained the treatments to me, giving me written materials on how the treatment could be expected to progress as well as articles on prolotherapy. I started treatments, coming in as close to once a week as possible; I did around 7 treatments. It is 10 months later, and I have had continual improvement over time. I am 97 percent better...I still have slight occasional pain, but I walk and move normally. I was truly despairing that this could be the case. I had 90 % improvement after the first treatment, but as described in his literature and by Dr. Abraham, , it wasn't a straight trajectory and there were regressions, but it continues to improve over time. I am extremely grateful to have been referred to Dr. Abraham, who is a compassionate and skilled physician with a good sense of humor. His office ran pretty close to on time, he always respected my time, the conditions were sterile and he was always open to whatever needed to be discussed. It is an expensive treatment as it is not covered by insurance; over time he charged me less as he needed to do less injections. Despite the costs, I am so grateful that I chose to try this treatment. and Dr. Abraham.

I arrived at this facility where the music was loud. It seemed more of a gym than a doctor's office. Didn't care the atmosphere. As for the doctor, I found him a bit weird but friendly. I've decided to go elsewhere because of the facility chaos and would prefer a doctor who's less of dazed.

Do not let this man inject you with phenol. He injected me with this highly toxic chemical without telling me how dangerous it is. It causes liver ,kidney ,central nervous system damage. After the injections which were performed randomly over the right side of my back shoulder, I experienced skin itching so bad I scratched my arms until I bled. I also was vomiting . Currently I have a host of health problems which involve the liver and kidneys and extreme fatigue that I barely leave my house. when I called him and asked him about the phenol he instructed me to call poison control. When I asked him why he didn't tell me how toxic this substance was he replied I didn't think it would hurt you. after doing research I found out 1 gram of this substance can kill you. Hitler used it on the Jews to execute them. Beware of this man! I do not wish to ruin a mans reputation here but I owe it to the people to issue a warning about the unsafe practice that was performed on me.

Save your money. He charges WAY too much for prolotherapy sessions and doesnt give any kind of discount for return visits, or if you get more than one body part done in a visit. Found a Dr. in Brooklyn that is much more knowledgeable about prolo and charges wayyyyy less.

I had injured my knee from running and went to Dr. Abraham in hopes of helping me fix the problem. Not only did I waste over an hour at his office, but I went to go see another doctor afterwards who was able to help me in a matter of 10 minutes. The best part of the whole experience was getting a surprise bill for a balance close to $200 from Dr. Abraham's office almost 4 months after my visit. Seriously, save your money, time, and frustration.

Took notes on commuter while conferring with me. Not always what I had said! When I asked for a copy of my records when I no longer wished to continue with him, it took a protracted period of time to get anything. When I got them, they were a shocking inaccuracie of what went on at my two visits. He held himself out as doing Prolotherapy, only he didn't know much about it.

Dr. Abraham is one of the kindest, gentlest and most compassionate medical providers I have ever dealt with. This says alot in today's world. The man takes the time to listen and really seems to care.

Dr. Abraham was great. I went in for an ankle problem that no one could fix. After one visit, he not only identified the problem but gave me inserts that reduced my pain immensely. Highly recommended.
