I HAVE LEFT 4 MESSAGES FOR HER WITH AN EMERGENT SITUATION (SUICIDE ATTEMPT, OVERDOSE) REGARDING HER LONGTIME PATIENT AND HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A RESPONSE. STAFF IS COMPLETELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. NO ANSWERING SERVICE. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THIS DOCTOR.

Dr. Caesar appeared to be compassionate during the first three visits I made. I called the office one day to push forward an existing appointment and was met with an unconscionably rude and patronizing secretary while I was under the strain of fervid anxiety (her exact phrase: "YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN!"). I wrote a letter to Dr. Ceasar explaining this quite judiciously while restraining an impulse to call for anyone's firing. Upon rescheduling at a later date, however, I was told to find another physician, with absolutely no explanation, just a door figuratively slammed in my face. Dr. Caesar would not answer the phone. I made the appointment because I had no inkling that anything was wrong in the slightest with my original reproach. In my experience, shrinks are very touchy and can be difficult when things are not followed according entirely with their plans. There may be good reasons for this but I was given none. I cannot recommend someone like this.

The office staff at Jefferson Psychiatrics is RUDE, UNCOMPASSIONATE, UNCARING and just play lousy. I have been seeing Dr. Cear for over 3 years and she is great but the office is run horribly. Its so bad that I am considering switching doctors and facility.

Outstanding service. Nervous breakdown and she brought me out of it. Adjusted meds with each visit until I really feel great. Six years of really good care.

Dr. Caesar is very compatible with me for my needs for panic attacks and my need for diazepam. The office staff could use a little improving.

I agree she dropped me also. I only seen her a few times. I called to check on my appointment and I was notified that she was no longer seeing me with no excuse from her just office personel. She left me hanging without any prescription refills or a letter or phone call. I must go without my medicine for a month and I just had a serious auto accident. Don't waste your time on this one.
