Takes 6 weeks wait for appt then you have to wait 4h+ after your appt time to see her. Not worth the wait, need to learn manage time better. Doesn’t follow up on referrals, handle way too many clients.

Dr Cauchon in my eyes as well as my family's, is an outstanding Doctor. She has made numerous house calls while my mom was sick and she even stopped in after mom died to hug my dad and give her sympathies. I know of no other doctor on this earth who does that now-a-days. This woman is busy busy busy and still takes the time for her patients. Thank you Dr. Cauchon, you are an amazing Doctor and human all around.

VERY SMART DOCTOR BUT DOESNT CARE ABOUT HER PATIENT. SHE WILL ACT LIKE SHE DOES WHEN U ARE THERE AND LIE THROUGH HER TEETH JUSTIFY WHY SHE DOESNT FOLLOW UP OR SEND THE REQUIRED PAPPER WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE SENT. MY CLAIM HAS BEEN CANCEL TWICE NOW BECAUSE SHE CANNOT FILL AND SEND A PIECE FORM WITHIN 60DAYS OF RECEIVING SAID FORM. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT MONEY FOR A YEAR NOW BECAUSE I CANNOT WORK DUE TO MY CONDITION AND SHE IS MAKING IT 100% WORST BY NOT DOING THIS SIMPLE THING THAT TAKES HER 5MIN. EVERY APPOINTMENT SHE SAYS SHE WILL DO IT THAT DAY. A MONTH LATER AT MY NEXT APPOINTMENT IT IS NOT DONE AND SAYS THE SAME THING. YOU ARE A KNOWLEDGEABLE DOCTOR BUT YOU SUCK AT IT

Amazing Doctor! She has been our Doctor for almost 7 years and now is also my husbands dr. She has the most incredible presence. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my children. She makes us all feel very well taken care of and we know she cares for us. She deserves every award. I don’t think waiting an hour or two to see a doctor is a big deal when you get such great patient care. Clone her!

This doctor has been prescribing opiate addicts Dilaudid. I have seen many of her patients who shoot their prescriptions and you cannot tell me she doesn't not realise this when they come into her office every so often to renew their prescriptions. If she personally doesn't see them in this state then her staff or nurse should see it. I mean weeks to months go by of not seeing your patients and they come into your office looking like they escaped a concentration camp. Their arms, hands, thumbs, legs and feet are mutilated from needle marks and infection... What ever happened to the Hippocratic oath she took not to cause harm and make sure her patients stay alive and healthy? These people are in more pain today than they were when they first initially got their injury or when they first started being prescribed these opiates and other drugs. It's easier to fill a prescription and get them out of your hair than to offer them some help it seems. I've asked many doctors why this is happening and why can't she see her patients are withering away in front of her. You can't be too busy to take notice of your now skeletal and malnutritioned patients who is riddled with scabs. Who not even 6 months to a year ago or last time they walked into you office was once healthy and thriving.:'(

She takes a long time to see you, but when she finally does, IT'S WORTH it. She is very caring and when you're in her office, all eyes and ears are on you. Been our family doctor for the last 6 years and have been very pleased. Very knowledgeable.

Best Doctor, hands down. Had a previous one for 25 years and wished i hadn't waited so long to switch to her. She does take long to see and if waiting periods are a turn off for you, this might not be the right doctor for you or your family. HOWEVER, i can assure you that she is WORTH THE WAIT. I went from a doctor i could see almost instantly to her but i would NEVER go back. Nathalie actually LISTENS and WANTS to help you, does not rush you out her office,friendly, calm, wants to find solutions. I am fortunate to not require alot of doctor visits, but every time i go, i am always grateful that she is our family doctor. She isn't quick to judge and is genuinely concerned for your well-being. Once you are sitting in her office, you feel listened to and that you matter. Her phone can be ringing, her pager going off, but her attention is on YOU. There should be more like her. A++++

Dr. Cauchon est un bon médecin en générale. Mais le personnel est pourrit et ça prend extèmement du temps pour avoir un rendez-vous et quand tu as un rendez tu dois patienter une journée pour voir le médecin.

Dr Cauchon est super il faudrait plus de médecin comme elle dans la région .Pas grave son retard ca vaut la peine d'attendre car il y en a pas 2 comme elle ,compétente ,attentionnée,humaine ,gentille.....une des meilleurs médecins au Nouveau -Brunswick .
