Dr. Haiavy and his staff were knowledgeable, kind and professional. I would recommend them for cosmetic surgery procedures. I had a mommy makeover and was very happy with the results.

Inland Cosmetic Surgery; Dr IreneTower completely botched my breast surgery, leaveing me with two different size breasts and an infection that required ongoing treatment by a qualified physician. She subsequently refused to make it right. I would never let her touch me again. I require additional surgery to correct the damage. If you have had a similar experience. please send your contact information in confidence to [email protected] for more information Please email me and I will contact you to discuss your options.I am a former patient and you need to know something can be done for you. Dr. Haiavy and his staff removed my implants I had done 5 yrs ago. His nurses and staff are very kind and considerate to what you are going through . I've had horrible experiences with Drs, including the one who did the initial implants. I'm very happy with him and his staff. I will be going back to have a lift done through him only. This is my opinion only of course, I would totally recommend him.

One of many procedures I have had done by Dr Haiavy was replacing my saline implant to silicone. Which he did a fantastic job. I was 2 weeks in to my recovery and had my back adjusted at a chiropractor and once I realized. something was wrong I rushed to Dr Haiavy office. I walked in and the office they saw the panic look on my face they immediately took me back to see Dr.. Just so you know it was about 4pm and everyone was leaving the office but once Dr saw me he informed me that I was filling up with blood behind my implant. Dr called all his surgery staff back in.. With in 20 min I was in surgery. He removed the implant and stopped the bleeding and replaced the implant.. Just so you know Dr Haiavy did not charge me a dime for all of that extra work....He saved my life... I don't know of any Dr. that would do all that for free. Dr & his staff are SO GREAT.. I would recommend him!! R Scott

I had nose surgery, and he did a very poor job the first time, I couldnt breath through my nose after the procedure, and cosmetically it was not what I had expected, was very unhappy with the results, second time he did to correct the breathing and to fix the tip of my nose, and still did a very poor job, I am really happy with the breathing part, but he left my nose looking cricked, I wouldnt reccomend him to anyone, please do your research well enough to make sure you dont go through what I went through.

My sister in law recommended me to him- my husband is from So. Cal. and he is a soldier stationed in NC where we live. We had a consultation 6 months prior to when I planned to have the surgery and I was told that he does TONS of surgeries for people who fly in specifically to see him, and from other countries, etc. I felt confident that I'd be taken care of...I couldn't have been more wrong. When I arrived the morning of the surgery, we pounded on the door for over an hour with no answer. Turns out that they had opened a new location where they did surgeries that no one informed me of! I had to find out by calling their emergency nurse hotline! They got me in, but I felt like I was rushed and not taken care of since they had other surgeries behind mine. I now have the most uneven, assymmetrical breasts imaginable. I am so disappointed. One breast is nearly double the size of the other and sits 3-4 cm below. I have bad rippling, and the scarring on my bellybutton is HUGE and AWFUL!

Before seeing me for a consultation, Mr. Haiavy's office charged my card half of the amount for a breast augmentation, (which was unusual to me). After the consulation, I schedualed an appointment to have the surgery done, happy with how the consultation went. The day of my surgery, I was rear ended by another car on my way to Mr. Haiavy's office. I called the office to tell them what happened, and that I would be late, and they transfered me to Mr. Haiavy because I was told he wanted to talk to me. He Immediately began screaming and yelling at me in a violent manner, & hung up in my face! and I was totally shocked, of course that made me not want to do the surgery at all with him, and I cancelled the surgery, because I no longer felt safe in his hands. They kept the amount that was already charged on my card, and didn't give it back. I am now in the process of reporting him to the BBB, and anything else I can do to let people know how insane this man is! Please Find a better doctor!

Had first BA in 2009, now I have mild symmastia that he will not admit to and I am completly uneven, which I wasnt at all pre op. I want through the belly button which he is supposed to be SO GOOD at, but I have horrible results. One breast is 3 cm higher then the other, side pocket is over disected, and I have tenting, mild symmastia. Now I have to put out another 7-10 grand to fix his mistake. I understand the risks of bottoming out or being uneven, but getting symmastia because him or the other dr. over dissected me is unexceptable, and now wants to charge me almost the same price I paid to have them done to get them fixed!
