I traveled to see Dr. Hochstien and I could not have had a better experience. Every single person that worked w/ me at his amazing facility was fantastic. He is the best, he was so patient, on time, warm & professional. My breasts look dynamite! I also have to mention how wonderful the concierge service that he uses was.

Dr. Hochstein and his staff are amazing!!! I am an out of ton patient from Canada. Dr. Hochstein performed a BA and a lift. My results are amazing!! He truly is the boob god! He is very professional, he has a wonderful bedside manner. If you are looking for a Doctor that cares about his patients and not about money then this is the right one. He surpassed all my expectations, I will be booking with him in the near future for a rhinoplasty and I know that it will be awesome! Thank you Dr. Hochstein and Staff!

I was an out of town patient who used Dr. Hochstein last year for a breast augmentation and I must say it was the best experience you could have. Jennifer Hyde who works specifically with the out of town patients is amazing, she is always available by phone or email for any questions. I spoke with dr Hochstein over the phone for a consultation and booked with him the next day. Two days before my surgery I flew into town and met in the office. I never had a wait time and was never rushed. My surgery was first thing in the morning and the nurses were great. I had absolutely no complications and am extremely happy with my results, they are flawless. Many of my friends now come here and have had the same great results.

The WORST consult I've EVER had! I've never met a more arrogant doctor. He did not even take the time to explain the procedure........then he went on to make derogatory comments about other procedures that I'd already had. I had tears in my eyes when I left his office! I would not recommended him to anyone! There are plenty of GREAT doctors out there with more talent, and compassion! This one is a phony! AND they made me wait 45 minutes even after they called and asked me to be there early! Next!

If you come in for a consultation with breasts that hang down very low and you want the sag to be "fixed" but are not willing to have any scars whatsoever do not expect the consultation to go well. I will not be rude but I will simply say that "I cannot help you" or simply "I do not believe I am the surgeon for you" which is exactly what I did. I imagine that I could have discussed why a lift is necessary and the principles of reshaping breasts but when someone tells me they are categorically opposed to a lift and would not listen to my professional recommendations from the very beginning. After the consultation I politely asked, like I always do, if there are any questions. I was surprised to be asked about what I thought about some illegally injected facial filler which had distorted the anatomy to an abnormal size and shape. I gave my honest impression and the reason, simply, is that people do not come in for me to be polite but rather to be honest. I would never criticize something unless I am asked about it first. I was not trying to offend anyone and even suggested possible surgeries that might help in correcting the deformity. I finally ended the consultation when this person suggested that a reasonable treatment could be to add more filler. At this point I extended my hand to say good bye and simply said " I am sorry I could not help you". There is nothing "phony" about me. On the contrary I will always be honest. I always have and always will. I am sure this will rub people the wrong way on occasion but I believe that nearly all of my patients appreciate it. I am also not unsympathetic to this person's plight. She has had some terrible experiences with prior procedures and I would have liked to help but was never given the opportunity to discuss the surgeries that would have worked.

Waited over 2 hours for my surgery (from the time they booked me). Once te surgery was done, I felt rushed out of there (seemed like they were behind schedule). To top it off, VERY unhappy with results (breast aug).

Occasionally surgeries take longer than expected. This can occur for various reasons such as an unexpected finding or requiring a more complex operation. I will never rush through an operation to stay on schedule but rather will keep working until I am satisfied with the result. In these situations we always call the next patients to keep them updated, which it sounds like we did here, and apologize but explain the circumstances. Fortunately these situations happen rarely and I cannot remember ever being 2 hours behind. Our recovery room discharge protocol does not change and every patient has to pass certain requirements to be discharged. We have 5 beds in our recovery room so the schedule has no bearing on a discharge. If needed we could keep patients here all day and it would make no difference to the schedule. Breast augmentation is our most common surgery and something we do 1300 times per year with a satisfaction rate of over 99% but clearly there are some patients that are unhappy with their surgeries but I certainly did not get to this success in my career by having unhappy patients.

Waited 1 hr and a half too be seen after my set appointment , he didn't get up out of his chair, was a total waste of time, didn't have much to say during the consultation, and I never understand how people walked in after me and were seen first, my experience wasn't pleasant for me

I think anyone that has ever been to my office, whether I became their surgeon or not, will say that the first thing I do is stand up and greet every person that walks in. Having said that the rest of the review may be accurate. Although I do the best I can to stay on schedule some patients require a longer consultation and I never rush anyone. This is simply a by product of having one of the busiest practices in the country. During the consultation I discuss anything the patient wants to discuss but I am not here to make small talk. I take my profession very seriously and I treat my consultations with that same respect. I believe that if a person has taken out the time to discuss something as serious as surgery they deserve my full attention. The last comment seems odd as I have 4 patient rooms but I can only see one consultation at a time. I always assumed that new patients understood that I would be seeing my post op patients which is why later arriving people are able to bee seen and go home relatively quickly. I can also say that I do not take breaks or lunch. I do everything I can to stay on schedule short of rushing a patient. That I will never do.

I had a mommy makeover and I look freaking awesome. I was impatient at first but now after just 4 months my belly is completely flat and my breast are perjury than even before my 20s. Special thanks to Amanda-- she's been my rock since day 1.

I am so forever grateful to have Dr. Hochstein operate on me. Dr. Hochstein and his staff were so remarkable through the whole procedure from start to finish. The patient coordinator Amanda was nice and made me feel like I was her friend. I felt comfortable with the nurses too. I absolutely would not hesitate to ever recommend Dr. Hochstein to anyone who wants any cosmetic procedure.
