Ratings for Dr. Caroline Graham
2.9
Disorganized abs unprofessional. Didn't call to let me know their office is closed. Went to my appointment and was greeted with a sign on the door.
Dr Graham must be one of the best doctors I've seen. She is always really kind and takes her time to explain to me what is happening and propose solutions. I feel safe and taken care of when I visit.
Terrible experience. Their nurse seemed to have vision issues and actually screwed up my prick test! She missed all of the extract and kept pricking my skin (with no extract!) All the results were inaccurate, and the doctor later admitted to the nurse having vision issues. It was the most bizarre experience I’ve ever encountered!
I am Dr Graham patient for over 6 years she is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and caring. I am always come to see her with confidence.
Avoid this doctor at all cost! Very disorganized and unhelpful.
Terribly unprofessional. Didn't call to let me know their office is closed. Went to my appointment and was greeted with a sign on the door.
They didn’t even bother to call and let me know the doctor wasn’t coming! I called 10 minutes before my appointment when I already left the house, and that was when I found out the doctor wasn’t going to come! And this was after her cancelling three times just few hours before my three previous appointments.
For over 20 years I suffered with horrible seasonal allergies and I just couldn't find the right over-the-counter medication to get me through the day. Dr. Caroline Graham was able to determine the exact allergen that I was having the most severe reaction to, and gave me the appropriate injection to counteract the symptoms. My quality of life increased dramatically, my work productivity improved, and I can finally enjoy sleep again. Thank you so much, you're a life saver.
I got 2 phone calls just 3 hours before the appointments to re-schedule twice. She asked if I could move my appointment another day, which was third time. I believe she actually doesn’t care about patients. I decided not to see her because I find myself despised. Please treat people how you want to be treated.
Dr. Graham can be sharp and knowledgeable and kind but she can also come across as harsh and scattered. Her office doesn't instil the greatest confidence as it's old-fashioned, small, and the walls are lined with printed notes about what services Dr. Graham will no longer provide (such as prescribing certain medications) and services she will charge extra for (letters, telephone calls, etc.). Immunotherapy serum is ordered via her office and the invoices they provide are frequently lacking in the information required for insurance purposes. Over five years, we've had to contact them to revise the invoices with the appropriate information. It often feels like her office is trying to minimize costs and by doing so, they minimize comfort and trustworthiness.
