Great doctor. Has a friendly staff and she is very caring .

She's delivered my 3 children. She may be old school but she knows what she's talking about. I did have an amnio for the 3rd due to my age but she sent me to an excellent doctor. No C-sections here!

Well I think she is the best, she delivered all my grandchildren and nephew. The family still keeps a good repore with her.

i read what the last review stated and its accurate. She is old school and hands off and she is not very knowledgeable. The c section issue, she wants the fee. Shes under financial pressure and her doctor instinct is beneath her survival instinct. She will do what she can to classify you as a risky delivery so she can get a c section to quicken the delivery and get out the hospital and make that money fast. Get a second opinion, see for yourself, don't take my word for it. She operates on 2 instincts, survival and fear. If you got her fearful of a lawsuit she'll treat you well or if she knows shell get paid then she smile and do unnecessary lab tests and visits to rack up charges. Her forethought on how to get and keep patients is null. I am sure there are some patients who are happy with her.

She is an oldschool, "I want no responsibility" doctor. If you refuse an unnecessary amnio she will have you sign a note absolving her of all responsibility. Everything w/ her is 'standard, as she's done for 20 yrs. No concern for what you want or new medical findings. There is no making a hospital plan, there's only 'her way'. She's too quick to do a c-section, administer pitocin, shave, enema, labor in hospital bed ONLY (no getting up)... . She doesn't use birthing rooms. Her office is dingy, & antiquated, no modern equiptment. The staff is old, grumpy & ****y if you need them to do something, like call & get your blood work. Also, she only works in Victory Memorial Hospital, a COMPLETE nightmare, old, filthy & useless staff. My recommendation: RUN FAR & FAST!!!

she had a very unconcerned approach. No effort in taking time to listen to me and my concerns. very uncaring. Took her three weeks after the results were in her office and i had to call to get my results after she stated i would get a call from her two weeks prior. not satisfied at all

Dr. Abhary is my ob/gyn. She is wonderful and I wouldn't go to anyone else

She stepped in during the last 2 weeks of my pregnancy when my obgyn had health problems. During my second pregnancy & thought of no one else! Her office hours are few, because she is ALWAYS at the hospital, ecpecially nights & weekends. During 16 hours of labor, she stayed in the hospital & constantly checked on me. The staff (rightfully) says that Dr Abhary's patients never have to worry about being delivered by a resident. She made herself constantly available & monitored me closely during a tough pregnancy & I thank her!
