This is the most unprofessional doctor that I have ever come across. After waiting weeks to be seen showed up for an appt that had been cancelled and I was never notified. Then was lied to and told they did call and my number was not in service. Apt was rescheduled. If it had not been for myself calling 10 mins before the office closed I would have not know of a second cancelled apt. I asked to speak to the doctor and he refused.

Recently gave out over $1000 in free drug samples (per internet research, so do not quote me, no prescription or insurance coverage)instead of throwing out onto the street with nothing.

I have never had any problems with this clinic. The staff has done more to help me than any other clinic in town. This is the only clinic that every took the time to review my thyroid labs and identify a problem. Yeah, they do have ads for cosmetic botox and hormone therapy; however, I have never been pushed into considering either of those therapies.

I was treated rudely and inconsiderately by this clinic staff and physician. Their guidelines read as though they expect every patient to be a drug-seeker or thief, and that is exactly how I was treated when I came in. The focus of the clinic seemed to be cosmetic Botox and hormone therapy, and I got the feel that making a buck was the main focus. Being left in a waiting room for over an hour with numerous shrieking toddlers is not the best therapy for migraines. I am not sure with whom they share an office, but be aware of the atmosphere. They seldom answer the phone and often you can't even leave a message. For patients who feel they deserve compassion, respect, customer service, and courtesy, I recommend you look elsewhere.

The first time I had seen him, he was to the point and ordered a number of test. I was not sure what to think? At follow up, he found the problem and told me exactly what was wrong. Keep in mind that prior to seeing him, every other doctor treated me as if I was faking and I was placed on numerous medications. One MRI later with him, he simply found the problem. His staff was so nice in helping me see a surgeon as well.

HE didn't seem to care about me at all; it was as if I was just another number to him. I had told him that my husband and I were trying to have a baby and not two seconds later he prescribed me a medication that was not pregnancy safe. A week later I find myself in the hospital having seizures and nobody can get a hold of him for a consult. I then find out I'm pregnant, and call to let him know so he can adjust my medication. His staff promises to get back to me, but almost a week later and still nothing. Take my advice go to a doctor that will at least pretend to care.

I have been to a number of doctors, but so far, he was the only one that connected the dots for me. He took the time to explains things well.

Dr Kozminski did not take the time to research what was wrong with me. He took diagnosis of another provider without running the proper test which delayed my treatment and cost my insurance company more money to find someone who would do the job. Come to find out I have Multiple Sclerosis which could have been diagnosed a year ago and helped with all my pain. I would not reccomend him to anyone.

Dr. K diagnosed my husband with a rare condition whenever nobody else would listen. To this day, other docs are in deniable, but Dr. K's treatment is working and my husband feels much better today. Isn't that all that really matters?

I was surprised. I had a bad headache while in the office so he had his nurse put in an IV and they gave me a medication right there that completely got rid of my migraine.
