13/08/13 5 5 4 5 This rating is for the outpatient surgery. I had my gallbladder taken out there. The pre-admit staff is awesome. They are very quick, efficient and treat you with dignity and respect. The nurses before, during and post surgery were very caring and wonderful. They really helped me to not be freaked out about my first surgery ever. They told me exactly what would happen, what to expect, etc. The fact that they took the time in an unhurried manner made it easy for me to be relaxed and not worry. I never felt like patient number 548 - I felt like I was treated as a person.. They were very attentive to my needs during the entire process. I highly recommend this outpatient surgery unit. Very skilled and personable people there. It's good to know I can go back if I or any of my loved ones need anything else, and will be treated well.
