Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital

The nurses here have no answers to anything … every question asked is an I don’t know. Our family is here day and night to make sure he is taken care of properly… from taking all the medicine to wiping after the bathroom. We had a nurse just dump his feces out and never clean the sitting toilet . Just laying in bed with stink and feces in the room. His blood pressure cuff and bandages are disgusting and dirty. We have to tell them to change them. We have found pills in the bed in the mornings for seizures and blood clots that he has accidentally dropped and no one made sure he had taken them. He struggled with oxygen all night, and after 14 hours WE realized that he wasn’t even plugged into the oxygen. Machines beep all day and night and the nurses do not come in for hours unless you go get one. They’re supposedly short staffed but you walk out to get a nurse and they’re all sitting out there on their phones talking to each other. Without my family staying here day and night non stop he would never have appropriate care. I wish I could add pictures of the filth in his room. Just throwing his empty IV bags on the counter. Taking his blood and leaving the tubes sitting on his food trays. When we are asking them to change bandages and pads they’re just leaving the extra stuff laying on his tray and on the counter. I’m no doctor but this cannot be going by any environmental health laws.

Very good Hospital & Excellent ER , Nurses and Doctors are very good and caring.

Run far away! No good doctors left at this crappy place!

Room had not been cleaned for over three days. They were short on staff and nurses were overwhelm.

Never go to this horrible hospital. I would not recommend this hospital to my worst enemy!

Stay away from the ER if you have anything more than the flu. Staff is dismissive, rude and uncaring. As an inpatient, the staff was great.

Very prompt and excellent care and attention. Very short waiting time as compared to Marietta Memorial. The staff answered all questions and gave the best possible care.

If you can avoid having a baby here do so! I was the only person having a baby and still a nurse was not by my side. The anesthesiologist messed up my epidural and I was not given any local anesthetics. No stretching so I tore terribly and no one telling me when to push. The baby got stuck on the catheter and my mom had to go get help. As soon as it was removed, the baby popped out with no pushing before the doctor even showed up. This was totally unprofessional and a terrible experience.
