Waited 45 mins to check in and was given an absolutely terrible attitude from the triage nurse. The wait once I was checked in was not too long at all and the nurse who brought me To my room was exceptionally nice. Waited another hour and a half and a woman came into get my insurance information and asked for the copay. Another hour and a half later and I finally left the room and asked if someone knew when i would be seen. It seems once they ha gotten their money they forgot about me. Anyways, rt mins after that a dr came to see me. Mind you the entire time I could see them sitting around bs about someone's new fiancé and the hospital emergency room was pretty much dead. I would rather wait at the dmv than go here again. Not okay!

I was a patient here several times and the quality of care was always exceptional. I had surgery and also spent time in special procedures in radiology. Everyone was very knowledgeable. Everything was clearly explained to me - from the RN's to the MD's. On seperate occasions I also used their emergency room and they too were exceptional - and hardly any wait time. Nurses and Docs very attentive. They listen and care. I highly reccomend SCH.

I have stayed at SCH 3 times for 3 surgeries and the care exceeded my expectations. They were caring, attentive and that helped relieve my anxieties during my stay. Pain management was a priority as well. The facility is very clean and the nurses are consistently caring and there when you need them.
