10/01/13 2 2 1 1 As a previous patient of two years, though competent and friendly employees are there, I found Providence Hospital overall to have an acute bully culture from the top down. It is also near impossible to contact via phone, they on more than one occasion neglected to call in prescriptions, and the support staff and management is very rude and disrespectful -- answering valid complaints with personal attacks rather than honest introspection so as to provide better patient care. Hence, I do NOT reccomend this hospital.
