Worst hospital! ICU nurses are rude, uncaring, and give no respect to patients or families. Most of the time I seen them they were all sitting and chatting at the nurses station. They left my father lay in his waste for almost 2 hrs. before cleaning him. The doctors change every 7 days, each not reviewing notes and coming in asking what is wrong. Incompetent doctors, they don't care about elderly patients, call them all dementia patients. They let my father die without diagnosing his problem. If he had been in a different hospital I feel certain he would be alive today. Please don't think twice about ever using this hospital for your loved ones...

I was surprised to read the negative ratings of St. Francis. I've spent time in this hospital 3 times in the last 6 months. The first time, was 3 days in intensive care. I thought it was an awesome hospital overall. There are a few areas that could use improvement, for example the noise level. I learned that to get good rest, you must keep your door closed. That's an unimportant thing when the rest of the care is as good as I received. They saved my life not once, but twice!

I love St. Francis! Most of my surgery's were there and I have had no problem at all. I would reccomend this hospital to Anyone! I may not know about the billing issues but I still love St. Francis with all my heart.

The quality of care there is pretty bad and the rooms were not very clean - at times filthy. The nurses for the most part are condescending at best and you could easily tell they could care less. I did had a 2 or 3 good ones, but the majority were rude. Their billing department is truly a nightmare - I won't go into details here but I had to report them to the BBB and the FTC. Please - beware of this hospital. In all honesty, I could never in good conscience recommend this hospital to anyone. For me, going there for surgery was the biggest mistake in my life. I had to have two other surgeries to attempt repair the damage caused by the fist one. I nearly died and even today I am still suffering from tremendous damage done to my abdomen. Also, I believe St. Francis prolong their patient's stay to collect more money - I know quite a few people feel that way. St. John's is voted number one in Tulsa and there's a reason. You will get much better quality care there.
