Hospital changed names in 2005(?) to Nebraska Medical Center to reflect its 100+ year history of coordination of services and excellent physician staffing from the Nebraska School of Medicine which shares the Medical Center's campus. All care I have received there from five doctors I have seen in five different departments has been excellent. Consistently rated one of the 50 best hospitals in the United States.

Great hospital. In a city with so many great hospitals I still won't go anywhere but the med center.
