Both ER and inpatient services have declined so much over the years that unless you get run over right outside the door you are better off some where else. Our entire family has been a patient at some time over the last 30 years so we know the facility well! Following my back surgery in 2010 I promised myself I would never subject myself to their idea of patient care!
I was treated extremely poorly throughout my cancer fight by most of the doctors AND nurses as an out patient, in the ER, AND while in the hospital for pneumonia. I'll NEVER go there again and this is one of the reasons why I plan on leaving this dang state. I fear if my cancer returns, I'll be treated like someone with NO dignity! That hospital has lied to me about their so-called high performance and then they surprised me with their rotten bed side manner while I was fighting for my life! I absolutely HATE that place! I'll just say this...the bad outweighs the good by far with MOST (not all)of their staff of doctors & nurses in that hospital. I should have listened to my best friend when she told me NOT to go there because she told me her sister almost died in there. And I came close as well because of very poor judgement of treatment, and then insults were added to my injuries by them. I'll NEVER EVER return to flopin Centegra again for a life-threatening illness. The END!
