Trying patient portal is a pain . Wants user name and password to tnter which I'd fine but next time you try...it says info don't match or isn't on filr!!!!! How many damn times do you have to change info to gain access????

I wouldn’t recommend this hospital if it was the last one on earth, the staff especially in the ER department are the rudest and most incompetent people I have ever seen. Parts of me believes they don’t even have real licenses. My husband went in with chest/Rib pain after a work accident but he also started getting a wet constant cough, labored breathing and shortness of breath. You could hear his breathing from 2 feet away but his nurse practitioner AMANDA GREER-ARTHUR with a stethoscope apparently didn’t hear anything. He told his nurse he was coughed up blood on 2 separate occasions. All they did was a X-ray of the ribs and completely ignored all other symptoms. She said his ribs were fine and to put ice and lidocaine patches. She did no tests, swabs, she didn’t even take his temperature. We are worried after the accident to his ribs he might have developed a pneumonia of some sort. When we asked for more respiratory tests to be done she refused and said she is not doing it. She got a bad attitude, started to talk loud and clap her hands at us. We requested to see the doctor and again were denied. She is dangerous and is jeopardizing patients lives by not taking them seriously. She needs to have her license taken or behind a computer doing paperwork she should not be seeing patients.Also when she noticed us recording she summed up what she was saying leaving and rushing us out the door. We will be filing a formal complaint with the hospital as well

The doctors do not want to to give any narcotics for pain, I have been going to this hospital for some time now with the same complaint,, went through all test still no relief, why do you ask patients to rate their pain, I am not laying there in pain while you people figure it out, I can hurt at home

The worst Hospital in the Northeast. No Doctors in ER, nasty nurse practioners with very little knowledge. The only thing that they care about is $$$$$$. Do yourself a favor and travel to Scranton, where the real Doctors practice and don't hose your insurance company.

very bad ER frequent changes in doc's, ER doc's will no longer work there as Hosp administration is bad and few of the nurses are incompetent but shielded by administration. Patients travel to hospitals miles away to avoid going to this hospital.
