The rating's comment: I had Mohs surgery done on my nose for a large basal cell carcinoma, on the morning of October 27, 2008, which left quite a hole on the tip and side of my nose. Dr. Ahmarani did the nose reconstruction in the afternoon, a surgery that lasted four hours. I have nothing but compliments for that doctor - he did terrific esthetic work using a skin flap from my forehead and cartilage from my ear. After two months, I can honestly say that my nose looks very very good.The scars are almost invisible in such a short period of time, and my forehead is healing quite nicely. I have nothing but good things to say about Doctor Ahmarani - I had very good follow-up care by him and his staff, and expect that in a very short while, everything will be back to normal.
