The rating's comment: Take a 40-something business professional; add a mix of public speaking and professional networking - then consider those once slightly crooked teeth that continued their wayward path for more years than you care to remember... That's where I came to know Dr. Sutherland and his office family. I say office family because they really are! It’s almost shocking to know that the words “customer” and “service” still have meaning in these times of “fit it in” schedules. When was the last time someone asked you if there was anything else they could do for you… and actually meant it? Well, it happens every time I visit Dr. Sutherland’s office. And it’s not just the staff – Dr. Sutherland actually takes the time to understand your special needs and concerns, addressing them through a well defined treatment plan that is shared with the entire team. It’s as if they all become part of your personal treatment process.
