The rating's comment: It was with some trepidation I visited Dr McWilliam for the first time, as friends had advised me the experience was "like Thailand but marginally cheaper". It was therefore to my great relief that he was able to find a cure for my blasted polio, although his insistence that I "close my eyes and think of England" did leave me somewhat bemused.
