The rating's comment: "Do some exercise, you fatty" is exactly what I needed to hear and it's just what I heard from Tappy before he took out his shotgun and said "Start running punk" Whilst he is a little aggressive after a few weeks and a few laps of his oval, I have lost several kilos and have graduated from his annual 'fat camp'. I now employ Dr Monroe's 'Positive Reinforcement Enforcement' tactics on my own fat camps.
