The rating's comment: Very knowledgable regarding my ulcerative colitis. Dr. McWilliam made the diagnosis on my first visit and was able to control the symptoms almost immediately. The weekly rectal exams are burdensome but never take more than 20 minutes. His staff are friendly and waiting room times are under an hour. Dr. McWilliam takes extensive photographic documentation with his digial camera so you know he's monitoring the disease carefully.
