The rating's comment: I found that Dr McWilliam really appreciated where I am coming from. He gave me plenty of time to explain my problem - I usually only mention some of my past medical problems once I have started to trust the doctor, and Dr McWilliam certainly allowed me to do this. And he bulk billed me as a student! Something I haven't seen outside uni medical services in the past - well done Owen.
